Forgot to post this a while ago, but I guess it applies to how I’m feeling currently. This character is Desdemona and she’s a Mental Monster, specifically one that represents intense doubts and intrusive thoughts I have. I’ve been facing art block recently, so I attempted to draw some Kazoo Kid human forms a few days ago. Some of them have changed drastically, like Nathan and Rachel, but honestly I’ve been having a hard time imagining what they looked like as humans, so I’m glad I could finally draw them out in a way that satisfied me.

I provided a close up of each character. In order are the following: Oakley, Bri, Zula, Rachel, Lee, Nathan, Doug, and Roxy.

I had a really strong urge to sketch her out yesterday, and I realllly liked how her full body sketch came out so I decided to finalize that one. 😆

I really wish the other sketches were separate but oh well 😭 I kinda wanna do more sketches of my human form characters in their favorite outfits, but I WISH this motivation didn’t kick in as my winter break is coming to an end.

After finding my shiny Eevee (now Umbreon) in Goldenrod City (08/09/2019), I decided to try my very first roamer hunt in SoulSilver.

I started this hunt approximately 3 years and 9 months ago.

On May 15th, 2023, I FINALLY FOUND ONE!! Shiny Raikou after 6,734 SRs / 13,467 Seen.

Raikou took a LOT of my patience, sanity and time. It wasn’t even my target (Entei was), but I never gave up. This is my most important hunt of my shiny hunting career, and it goes to show that as long as you keep going for your target it will shine eventually. Numerous shiny hunters inspired me to keep going, especially sonikks on YT, so thank you all very much for motivating me throughout these years! I managed to catch Raikou today and would like to show it off 🧡💛🖤
