This one was experimenting with the bone tool, which is another way to animate and move characters and objects. I found this tool rather challenging, and some bits (especially the dragon in the beginning) are a bit choppy and jerky.
Instead of an animation, we had to present a gallery of images that synced up to a piece of music. I chose to do it on creepy sea creatures and animals, and the music is “Beyond the Sea-Instrumental” by Bobby Darin.
A flash project for class, this one has to do with masking objects and animations!
I chose to do it on a variation of Frankenstein, who is one of my favorite movie monsters. This animation was also chosen as a piece to show in my college’s Spring 2014 Art Show.
Another project for class. This time it’s a Flash Quiz game!
You play as a little boy lost in the woods and you come across an old crone. The crone says that they’ll show you the way out of the forest if you manage to solve his riddles. The theme is 80’s fantasy films, enjoy!
This was my first project for Flash class. We had to create a basic scene that could run for 10 seconds that told a story. I chose to do a story from one of my camping trips. Every year we go camping and we always have a bonfire where we tell stories, play games, and fun and weird things happen.
This was a project where we had to create a mockup of a website in photoshop using slices, and then include bits of coding in it so that it functions as a working website. I also included a flash and javascript gallery, so the images of the food can be shown when you mouse over them.
Bundat Bakery is the name of the fictional bakery that my sister made up for her own homework assignment and she also asked me to make the logo and website for her to use. The word "Bundat" is a Filipino word, and it means "being full from eating so much," which goes along great with the idea of a bakery.
A class project where we had to create another website banner ad, this time using adobe flash. I chose to make an ad for Blurb.com, a place where you can create your own books.
This was an assignment where we had to create a website banner ad using photoshop's animation tool. I chose to do it on Loot Crate, a monthly subscription box that sends you geek and gamer related items.
This was another class project where you had to create two galleries, one using javascript and Adobe Fireworks, and a Flash gallery.
The javascript gallery is one where you hovered over the thumbnail and the image pops up to the side. While the flash gallery functions like any other lightbox gallery.
I did the gallery on Custom Paper Toys.com, a website/blog dedicated to paper art
Assignment was to redesign a website from a specific list. One was Weetzie's Cat-atorium, a blog dedicated to all things cat related. I chose to keep the idea of it as a blog, so I included quick links to their posts, as well as links to their social media.
