The Cape Honeysuckle (Tecomaria capensis) does not originate from the Cape provinces (Western/Eastern Cape) in South Africa. It is endemic East of it in KwaZulu Natal. A beautiful shrub anyway.

Everything in Hondeklipbaai in the Northern Cape, South Africa, one can associate with the once prosperous times with the diamond and fishing industry. First De Beers withdrew and after that the fishing industry was moved to Saldhana Bay….
