Had the idea the other day of Penny learning to play a musical instrument, and a violin seemed like it would be a good fit for her!

Tried some different stuff for the rendering on this one, not 100% sure how I feel about it, but I may revisit it in the future!

It still feels weird how the show went from "Penny doesn't need to be just like everyone else to be a real girl" to "It's better for Penny to effectively cripple herself and die as a result than for her to be different".

It's also not fun how the FNDM just ate that up after talking about how turning Penny human would actually be a really gross thing to do.

What bothers me most is that it's not something she wanted. Contrary to Pinocchio, her main allusion, there was no indication that she wanted to be fleshy, at least past the point where Ruby told her it was ok not to be.

To this day, a year later, I still see people defending the events of the finale as if her death was justified and that was good writing and I sorta wanna remove my eyeballs and lock them away at this point.
