obviously, i think knowledge should be accessible and free to everyone, regardless of anything. but this MIGHT be okay in very limited instances and strict guidelines. things like original art and content is reasonable to pay for since you're supporting content creators - BUT, there are issues like what content counts and doesn't count.
text posts, on the other hand, i don't believe counts for a paywall. paying to see someone say "i had a bad day" is ridiculous. there are a LOT that can go wrong with this and honestly, i think we're better off using pre-existing platforms like Ko-fi or Patreon.
that being said, i will never ever ever charge for my blog or posts or whatever. i don't do this for money, i do this because of pure love. if anyone is reading this and is considering using postplus+, PLEASE be conscious and careful. this website is accessible to everyone and it should stay that way, so think critically.

psa to everyone on antipsychotics during the summertime
some antipsychotics can make you more susceptible to heat exhaustion because they make it so your body cannot regulate your body temperature correctly. I learned this the hard way last summer, I got really nasty heat exhaustion while on a high dose of quetiapine. so check if your meds react badly to heat, and if they do, please be sure to wear your sunscreen, have light cover ups on or with you, wear a hat, and stay hydrated! be safe
