Losing weight won’t fix everything. Although it’s definitely boosted my confidence, my friends, family, achievements, pets, skills, pizza, and chocolate are what really make me happy—- @VictoriasLosingSecret on Instagram

Hi! I just want to start off by saying you are such an inspiration!! I wanted to ask how you managed to lose not that much weight each month. I’m currently 218 lbs at 17 years old and just don’t want any lose skin. I kept dieting and getting into eating disorders ever since I was 10 and now I’m just tired of it. I wanted to start being healthy and stop being so hard on myself. I want to slowly lose weight in this year and next year so I can graduate at my goal weight, healthy.
Hi! I follow WW (Weight Watchers) and that’s how I know how many calories to eat. Although I enjoy the program and have had great success with it, you can also do this by counting calories using a free app like my fitness pal. Enter your height and weight and it’ll ask you how much weight you want to lose per week. Set it to 2 lbs a week and stick with your calorie goal! Make sure you arent eating too far under. I recommend trying to stay -200 or +200 around your goal at all times. Eating enough is very important.

Hey! Your progress is fantastic! You really inspired me to get up and try to lose my weight, but I always struggle with finding good workouts so I was wondering if you had any good ones to lose weight?
I could write you a whole post about what I do at the gym, but it honestly won’t help you! The best workout for losing weight is one that you ENJOY! So go to some classes, try some different workouts from pinterest or google, and find out what is fun for you. If you find something you love, you’ll lose weight because you’re consistent!

Hey Gorgeous, just wondering how you keep motivated for long periods of time. I can only keep motivated for a month in a half, then stop working out and eating right. Help lol
I was the same way for FOREVER. Then one day I was just like ??? what am I doing? I want this more than anything so why don’t I just do it? So I made a pact that I would give it a full go for a month. After I started to feel better and see progress, that’s all the motivation I needed :)
