first drabble back and i wrote this at 3am TT…tsukishima…i’m back baby. this is EXTREMLY self-indulgent since i work at an understaffed, under stocked starbucks 😭
he didn’t know why he was here again.
the dingy starbucks never had anything in stock and seemingly was never fully staffed. the loud sounds of the blenders mixed with the chatter from the baristas drowned out the terrible music playing as tsukishima waited for his order.
the wait for his one drink was almost unbearable. looking up at the ceiling he repeats the question in his head, why am i here again?
the sound of rattling dishes and exaggerated groans interrupts his inner monologue as his vision shifts to watch the figure appear from the back.
that’s why
maybe it was the way your eyes sparkled up at him as he ordered, or the way that you always fumbled with your words, constantly playing them off with a giggle that would stick with him the rest of the day.
it was stereotypical to say to least. crushing on the cute barista, hoping every time he comes he can see you. it was also impractical. something the blonde yelled at himself for constantly. it wasn’t like this was the closest location to his apartment, or his job, or even his university. no, it was an impractically placed, understaffed, under stocked starbucks.
but as your eyes meet his, he watches your eyes widen a bit. the smile on your face so small it almost is unnoticeable. he watches as you turn to walk to the back again but not before giving him a small wave.
the sound of his name being called pulls him out of his thoughts as he watches your figure disappear into the back again. and as he walks out, the fall breeze cools his reddened face.
yeah. that’s why he comes to this starbucks.

i deleted my accout because writing became a chore and everyone around me was also leaving so I felt lonely😭 especially with hq not having any updates on s5 at the time and bnha being between seasons. everyone who was active went to like jjk or genshin or wrote nsfw and since I'm still a minor with no interest in those shows/games, i deleted my account. i regretted it BAD and still do but now i think I'm ready to write again..part time tho for now :))) as always this account will always be up so dw!

ANNOUNCEMENT
