I know my art isn't that great but I'm genuinely trying my best to bring this project to life. Due to lack of response from my game's other artists, I've been left with the responsibility of the entire project, art included. i wish there was another good artist who was willing to make the art for my game, but most are commissioned and i don't have the money to afford that.

So I'm finally feeling a bit better about everything and am at the last stages of moving. I'm currently rewatching FMAb and hope to continue working on the game again very soon(maybe in the next few weeks)! I also may go ahead and do the format i was doing it in before after all, but i might have to change chase scenes to fight scenes.

Besides given that FMA is an action series, fighting Kevin rather than running away seems more in character for the characters.

Anyways i apologize so much for how long it's been...

So um when I get moved(moving on the 24th) it's possible I may turn HagaOni into a visual novel (similar to the format of bluebirds illusion still with occational art) and continue it as that instead of an RPG. I think it would make it easier on myself that way, and I could finish it quicker. It's not that I don't want to have it as a normal rpg since that makes it more interactive but some things are down right impossible for me to code with my limited knowledge on game making (especially chase scenes). I'm still debating but may end up going that route. I'm sorry yall.

So as another update I embarrassingly enough haven't been able to work on HagaOni recently. For one, I've temporarily lost access to my computer with the files due to lack of a cord and my sibling has been staying with us since my grandma passed away. We're currently preparing to move into a bigger house than I've been used to, so I feel like once I get to a new place it'll be better for my mind state and everything else. Thank you all for being so patient with me. I hope to be able to start adding to the game again.

As an update:

I don’t think I’m quite ready to work on the game project again yet, but now that it’s been a month since I lost my grandma, I’m slowly starting to feel a little better. I still sometimes just break down and start crying over the memories when I see certain foods that she liked or pictures of her or basically a lot of stuff triggers me, but I’m not hurting as bad as I was throughout the first couple weeks, and I’m trying my best to just get through it all and press forward. Thank you all for being so understanding and I’m so happy you all have been enjoying my game up to this point.

I’m always encouraging people to do Let’s Plays because and draw art, etc because it’s always fun seeing other people’s reactions and even hearing people’s opinions. Your support means everything to me so thank you so much.

So my grandmother just died this morning due to a stroke and we’re having the funeral in a few days. I don’t know how long it’ll be before I’m in the right mental state to work on this game project again, but I hope y’all will be patient, because this is the biggest loss I’ve ever had to deal with and it really fucking hurts right now. I’m so sorry.

So after I had some serious issues over the past 10 hours, I decided to just put this all into one post. 

Premise of Game is:

Edward, Roy, Riza and Havoc (and later, others) go to a mansion rumored to be haunted, and while they don’t take it serious at first, they soon discover that there is definitely something strange going on inside of the mansion. Coincidentally, Edward is acting a little strange. Could it be connected?
