You both stopped by at a local liquor store and bought at least 2 bottles of wine.

Then cooked a simple dinner for the both of you

Kyojuro helped with the table setting which he’s very proud of. 

He also helped in placing the food on the table.

You two enjoyed it very much

He compliments on how good your cooking is to which you just smile and tell him he’s good at setting up the table to which he just laughs

In such a long time you feel so happy being in a moment with someone. You feel so happy, and relaxed as if the weight on your shoulder just disappeared. 

For once you just let this slide, you don’t care what Kyojuro feels towards you, but for once...you just want to have this for now...It’s only for tonight...

You both continued your conversations at the living room while you both pick a movie. You then decided to watch an action comedy.

You both enjoyed watching the movie so much you didn’t notice Kyojuro already hang his arm over you shoulder and you were already leaning over him. 

When the movie ended you two talked about it for a while then one conversation lead to another and with each conversation you both drink and drink and drink, then the topic routed into romance.

Hearing him say it made you feel how stupid and gullible you were. Not only did he say that to you but he also made fun of you behind your back when you confessed to him about your feelings and laughing about you.

You were humiliated and you feel pathetic and every time you think about it you wanted to kill yourself for letting it happen to you.

Kyojuro didn’t say anything but you can feel himself getting angry as you feel his hand gripping on your shoulder.

You meet up with Kyojuro at the park that’s not far from school. He figured it would be easier if you both go together instead of waiting up at the actual place (plus he wants to spend extra time with you so he’s gotta make every second count) 

You both took the bus to the amusement park and once you both arrived you already feel like you wanna go home

The place was packed! As expected from a weekend! There are children running around and screaming, people lining up in rides, annoying teenagers causing trouble to some employees, it is hell! This is why you’d rather stay at home.

You were about to complain when you see the look on Kyojuro’s face already so excited to ride every single attraction in the place

Which one you wanna ride first, (y/n)? The ferris wheel? That merry go round over there? Oh! oh! How about that roller coaster??

No way I’m riding that! I would die!

The rest of the day went slightly well

The reason why you don’t like being teased with anyone you’re friends with is that because they all stop talking to you afterwards.

so you stopped trying to get a connection of sort with anyone. 

Then Kyojuro started hanging out with you.

He’s loud, expressive and passionate

and you’re burnout, tired and miserable

Kyojuro felt like his heart was about to explode it’s beating so fast and loud he couldn’t keep his eyes away from you.

but when he tasted it he knew it was good, it had a robust taste and a little spice in it. 

He then digs in with the soup, then had some rice next to it. It was really good.

After what happened that day, Kyojuro was now confident that you’re harmless. So he can’t help but bother you, despite you still not wanting to do anything with him for the next few weeks. 

He’d sit next to you and ask you questions about the topic to which you just tell him to piss off. and he’d just laugh, and you wonder who’s the weird one here.

He’d follow you everywhere like a lost puppy and anyone who sees you both would think of you two as an odd pair. One’s a quiet antisocial pessimist, the other a extroverted ball of sunshine that screams Positive Energy!

He’s very persistent to the point where you just started going along with him. 

You still don’t talk but you decided to acknowledge his existence to which pleases him. 

Kyojuro noticed you’re warming up to him, so he’ll make it even warmer! He thinks you’re an amazing person that’s misunderstood. 

So he’d take you to eat somewhere, his treat. Of course you’d feel bad afterwards so whenever you both eat to a different place, you insist you’d pay this time. Which he appreciates very much.

You both would teach each other homework, you’d yell at him if he doesn’t understand jackshit to which he’d just laugh and says you’re  cute when you’re angry. Then you get angry blush ‘cause he’s stupid and he shouldn’t say shit like that. 

You both got so close you’re both on first name basis with each other.

One day one of your classmates had the special permission to bring her daughter to school ‘cause no one would babysit her. She was obviously tired that she fell asleep. You want to wake her up ‘cause who tf is going to watch over your brat, girl??

The little girl started randomly talking to you, of course you have no choice but to watch over her from getting hurt. Then the kid started asking if you like Disney songs, you said yes ‘cause they’re fun to listen to. 

Then before you know it you both started singing in the empty classroom while your classmate is dead asleep. 

Kyojuro was walking towards the classroom when he sees you singing your lungs out to Encanto’s “What Else Can I do?”. Of course he didn’t say anything he just watches you spin around and enjoying your time with the kid who’s also singing along.

Kyojuro just realized you were an amazing singer and your voice hits every key perfectly. 

Then he realize he might be catching feelings for you. There’s so much more to you than meets the eye. He didn’t even realize you can sing until now and you’ve been hanging out with him for a month now. 

It didn’t last long when you finally turned around and saw him, then you shut up. and you both held eye contact.

The first time you met Kyojuro was not a good one, you were both in a hurry and wasn’t looking where you’re both going so you both crashed into each other.

Unfortunately you’re the only one who landed on the ground, it was as if there’s a wall in front of you. Kyojuro didn’t faze at all, though he did pause. 

He came to you and offered his hand but you swat him away. You got up on your own and started looking for your glasses, your eyes hurt when they’re off.

“I believe this is yours?” He held your glasses in front of you.

You glared at him

“Watch where you’re going! Some of us have places to be!” You snatched your glasses from his hand. He apologizes but then you couldn’t have heard him ‘cause you already left.

You started off shitty and it became even more shittier throughout the day!

Not only were you late but you were marked absent in that class 

Your glasses broke due to the crash earlier

Your eyes hurt now and it followed with a migraine

You decided to close your eyes and wait for the next period. 

The rest of the class was agonizing you can’t see the board and you’re forced to ask your classmate what’s written on the board. 

It’s a good thing your classmate was also in the same course as you and she didn’t mind. 

the last two hours was torture. But you were able to rest easy when the next class is going to be a chill one since the professor was going to have a film showing. 

You sighed in relief. When the next subject is about to start a few students left the classroom and some arrived. The professor isn’t here yet so you just decided to chill with your coursemates ((tho there’s only like 8 of you in the group))

Your coursemates talked about the new classmate that’s about to join your course batch and they’re all very excited. You however don’t give a rat’s ass. What’s so special about having a new classmate? They’re probably a loud and annoying one.

And you were right because when you said it Kyojuro showed up at the door and the rest of your classmates called out to him

“Hey Rengoku! Over here!” you turned your head and you both shared eye contact

“Hello again!” he brightly greets “I hope you’re feeling well”

You growled at him and turned your head. No way this idiot’s in your course. You groaned and wish you’d die right there. 

In the first few days Kyojuro has already won the hearts of everyone in your batch except you. 

The guys has mad respect towards him cause he was hardworking, smart and overall good guy...and totally cool!

While the girls enjoy his company ‘cause he’s a gentleman, often accompanying the girls when asking for help and Kyojuro won’t deny a friend in need. A lot of girls in your batch admire him and sometimes you hear them asking questions to Kyojuro. 

Asking questions whether he’s single or not. What he likes to eat or if he’s seeing anyone. 

Kyojuro just laughs and says that he is single but he certainly has no time for romance at the moment. To which the girls faces just frown. 

Overall everyone likes Kyojuro. Except you. 

Of course Kyojuro wants to befriend everyone! So he tries his best to befriend you. 

He asks you what you do for fun, or if you like to watch movies or what kind of hobbies you’re interested. 

“Just piss off, alright? I don’t want you bothering me.” 

Kyojuro was slightly taken aback, he’s not used to someone openly disliking him and actually telling him off. He knows not everyone likes him but some are just discreet about it. But you, he didn’t see it coming. 

“I know we started off on the wrong foot, I was hoping we’d start over.” 

 “Here’s an idea, leave me alone...I don’t need your loud mouth hovering around me, so go bother someone else...” 

Kyojuro looks down and sighs, and just left. You didn’t understand why you’re so irritated with him. 

Kyojuro walked over to your other classmates and sat with them.

“Just leave (y/n) alone, bro. She’s not the sociable type. Don’t take it personally, she just doesn’t like anyone. Though she sometimes talk but only when it’s school related stuff.”  Kyojuro nods his head. 

Still he doesn’t want to leave you alone. He just can’t. There’s something about you that drew him in. 

When the last period of the day has ended everyone already left the classroom, so did you, you were about to head out when Kyojuro ran to you. 

He asked where your other classmate is. “He’s heading to the Library” 

“I haven’t been to the Library yet, is it far?” 

Hell yeah it’s far you have to go to another building and it’s like a maze when you’re a newcomer.

“Yeah. I think” 

“Please, I need your help.”

“Piss off”

“Please, I really need to catch up to him, he has my notes and I need them to study” 

You groaned loudly “Alright, let’s go.” when you agreed you can see the brightest smile on his face. 

You blushed a little.

While walking to the Library you, unaware, already started touring him around the campus, explaining him the areas and hallways, the which goes where and the places you shouldn’t go to.

He pays very much attention to you, his eyes focused on you while watching where he’s looking.

“Wow you’re very knowledgeable about the school grounds, (y/n)! You’re very smart! 

“Whatever, that way you won’t have to keep bothering me!”

Kyojuro smiles at you, he knew you were a good person deep inside. If you weren’t, you really wouldn’t help him no matter how hard he begged. 

You both arrived at the Library where you both see your other classmate studying in one of the tables. 

Kyojuro was about to enter when he turned around to see you leaving

“you’re not going in?”

“This is your business not mine” You left  

“Hey!” Kyojuro called out

You turned around.

“Thank you...I wouldn’t know what to do if you didn’t help out...I hope I could get to know you more...” 

You turned around and just raised your arm and waved while walking out.
