Just because you’ve been offered food, does not mean you have to say yes and accept it.
Just because you’re craving an unhealthy food, does not mean you have to go out and buy it.
There are always other options for better results. The choice is always yours, and you decide your outcome.

reminder that 'naturally skinny' is a myth
so-called 'naturally skinny' people simply just eat less. whether they know or not.
i miss back when i was 13 and was like that.
i was always skinny, this wasnt because i had an insanely high metabolism, but because i just ate less than i did when i developed depression. i would eat lunch and dinner when it was put in front of me and didnt bother to look for snacks in the day.
that 'naturally skinny' friend who has the biggest meal of everyone when you go out to eat, had a snack for breakfast and forgot to eat lunch
that 'naturally skinny' coworker who eats all day, has a few bites of a snack at a time.
that 'naturally skinny' cousin says he ate a bag of crisps, only had three crisps then forgot about the rest.
but people are so jealous of their 'insane metabolisms'
its an illusion, i promise.
EDIT: should probably add that I'm talking about naturally skinny as a result of a superhuman metabolism (which doesnt exist) many people are just naturally inclined to eat less or have different stats etc.

Don't eat. If you want to see food, look at your thighs.
-Ballerina or beanbag?
-I am your butter and your bread. The voice that's in your head.
-Good girls don't swallow.
-"Jeez you are heavy!" or "Wow, you're so light!"?
-Food isn't a treat. It's an ENEMY!
-Every time you say "No thank you." to food, you say "Yes please" to thin.
-The belly is ungrateful. It always forgets we gave it something.
-Food is mean and sneaky. It tricks you into eating it and it works on you from the inside out, making you fat, bloated, ugly and unhappy.
-Do you really want to be that weight for the rest of your life?!?!?!
-It is a most mortifying reflection for a man to consider what he has done, compared to what he might have done.
-Calories won't make you happy.
-You don't NEED food.
-Think of anorexia as your secret weapon!
-Is food more important than happiness in life? I think not!
-The distance is nothing. It is only the first step that is difficult. Make that step!
-Every calorie you eat equals another step towards destruction.
-Remind yourself!!!!: "If I eat anything, I'll eat everything, so I eat nothing."
-Do you like it enough to WEAR it?!?!
-You've come to far to take orders from "insert food here" !
-Giving into food shows weakness. Be strong and you will be better than everyone else.
-Am I hungry or just bored?
-Don't let today's moment forsake tommorrow's dream.
-Do not give up what you want most for what you want at the moment.
-You will be tempted quite frequently and you will have to choose whether you will enjoy the 20 minutes or so that you will be consuming excess calories, or whether you will cordially despise yourself for 2 or 3 days for your lack of will power.
-Do you want people to say "For God's sake, get off you're crushing me!" or "You are sooo light!"?
-Every time I have the opportunity to eat, I have the strength to refuse.
-Eating doesn't make anything better.
-What makes resisting temptation difficult for most people is that they don't want to discourage it completely.
-If you eat then you'll look like those disgusting, fat, ghetto, and trailer-trash hookers on Jerry Springer.
-Food tastes bad.
-Pleasure to the lips adds pounds to the hips.
-The greasy fry it cannot lie. Its truth is written on your thigh.
-Hunger is your friend and it won't betray you like eating will.
-Eat to live, but don't live to eat.
-Craving is only a feeling.
-Eat as much as you want, just don't swallow it.
-Don't eat anying today that you'll regret tommorrow.
-What nourishes me also destroys me.
-Just say/think "NO." and keep your mouth closed.
-Food is Satan. Don't be a victim.
-A full belly is the mother of all evil.
-You have such a pretty face. Why don't you try dieting?
-What's in your fingers today is on your hips tommorrow.
-Brain cells come and go, but fat cells live forever.
-Inside us is a thin person trying to get out, but she is too sedated with a few pieces of chocolate cake.
-Small opportunies are the beginning of great things.

reasons why you should make yourself a nice warm tea right now!
it basically doesn't have calories!
it's really good for you, since dehydration is very real.
it's getting colder because winter is coming, so it'll warm you up, too!
it fills your stomach and surpresses your hunger.
it's good against boredom, too! (because it takes you some time to boil the water and stuff)
don't you miss tasting something?
and please take care of yourself!
