I've got my pots and I've got my pans. And I am banging them together.

Hear ye, hear ye, Mattfoggy folks! You may have seen a couple mattfoggy recs in the tags of late, and I've got another one to add to the glorious tradition of fic reccing!

I stop my banging and point directly at you with a gigantic frying pan and ask, "How do you feel about Matt reimagined as Latino and struggling to connect with his culture now that his dad is gone? How about a Foggy with Native American roots, and the two of them figuring themselves out before college? Now what about newcomer Karen Page and the things she causes them to discover both about their town and themselves?"

I trust I have your attention with the themes, but what about our readers who value a solid, unique plot? For you, my friends, I offer a mysterious mine and Fisk as a mining tycoon! I won't say more lest I spoil it, but the fic is reminiscent of one of those mystery novels you probably used to read back in middle school, with the group of friends working together to solve the case and save the day, all in a cozy 17k words. I haven't read another Daredevil fic like it, and you won't either unless you do yourself a favor and read this one.

Now finally, finally, if none of that has managed to snag you, perhaps the cover art by @bluebioluminecense will do it!

For @happybeans who wanted a story about what Matt and Foggy got up to in their retirement years. These two always struck me as the type who never truly "retired", but instead find other ways to serve their community- and I think teaching would suit them both. They probably don't even mind working in different places since they get to come home to one another every night.
