Might have been a fic I read, might just be a dream I had. No clue, genuinely can’t remember! But!! I can’t shake the headcanon of Shen Jiu and Shen Yuan being the same person. As in, SVSSS is actually a reincarnation story and the System just awakened Shen Yuan’s memory when Shen Jiu had a qi deviation.

Alright! Xie Lian in the trash can is a go!!

…this may take a hot minute because my tablet is being a butt, but even if I have to draw it with my finger on my phone, it shall be done!!

I’m updating my blog’s header and profile picture. I’ve come up with a handful of trash related designs and need help deciding which to use!

To elaborate on the options:

tinkaton’s hammer will be full of fandom’s that are falling out and markpeko wants to eat them; potentially there will be other pokemon hanging around picking up fandoms that fall out.

xie lian will be mostly inside the trashcan also filled with fandom nonsense while mu qing and feng xin are trying to yank him out and hua cheng will be in the background cheering xie lian on as all good husbands are known to do

wei wuxian is being fished out of the trash like a feral raccoon by lan zhan and lan qiren is in the background telling him to put it back where it came from because it probably has rabies or something while lan xichen uses the distraction to sneak away with his own trash gremlin jin guangyao

literally what it says—the pokemon that have the trashiest vibes, i.e. zigzagoon, ratata, marpeko, toxel, skuntank, etc. chillin in a trashcan together like it’s a hot tub

The funniest thing about reading mdzs royalty au’s is when Lan Wangji is the emperor, but there’s zero explanation why he was chosen over his older brother, Lan Xichen.

Like, I don’t know much about Asian royalty dynamics, but I’m pretty sure the eldest of full siblings is before the younger in line for the throne…

Okay… but.. but hear me out.

Heavenly calamities, sometimes known as tribulations, are encountered at key points in someone’s cultivation. If a person passes their calamity, they can ascend as a god.

Calamities usually (but not always) involve powerful storms, and from what we’ve seen do not actually have anything to with someone’s spiritual energy, as seen by Hua Cheng who was extremely weak and also dead when he faced his.

Wei Wuxian gave up his core for his brother, was captured and tortured by Wen Chao, and then pushed into the burial mounds surrounded by resentful energy where he fought for three months against zombies while dehydrated and starving.

I’m just saying, this could absolutely have been a heavenly calamity and since he survived, Wei Wuxian could have ascended.

Wouldn’t a god!Wei Wuxian au be so deliciously angst ridden?? Wouldn’t it be such sweetly bitter sorrow to watch as he has to watch from afar as his loved ones are subjugated and slain.

God’s aren’t allowed to interfere in mortal affairs. It’s just such a shame he’s never been one to break a single rule in his life, isn’t it??
