people need to realize that sexual harassment & assault can happen in women's only spaces. and cis straight women can and are frequent perpetrators (sexual harassment & assault do not require attraction). & the idea that women are just naturally safe to be around makes it harder for victims to speak up and be taken seriously because "but we're all girls! it's fine if I deny your autonomy if we're girls it's just a fun joke :)"

if you want to make women's spaces safer for victims of sexual assault, you need to focus on empowering ALL victims & not making sweeping generalizations based in bigotry.

loveee the thought of zuko as fire lord making his first diplomatic visit to the SWT and sokka taking FULL advantage of his and zuko’s friendship status to mortify his fellow council members and the general population of the south pole, as well as the fire lord himself.

like zuko will be chatting with some council members and sokka comes up and just starts roasting the fuck out of him. just saying shit like “who let you off the boat in THOSE shoes” to get a reaction out of the council members, who are making giant eyes at him like this is a professional visit where the fuck is your father to restrain you?!!!?

bato would be having an awkward conversation with zuko about resource allotments for the rebuilding effort and sokka needlessly throws in “did you know zuko sings to himself when he’s alone? he’s pretty good. give him a demo, zuko, come on,” and zuko’s grimacing because it was one fucking time sweet spirits sokka and bato is giving sokka the most embarrassed look of his life

sokka throws snowballs at zuko in the middle of the village and zuko falls over four consecutive times as a result.

for all his outward expressions of aggravation, it eventually becomes apparent to everyone that zuko isn’t too bothered by the teasing and sokka doesn’t mean anything by it, because every night they sit at the water’s edge and joke for hours.

Having a traumatic childhood means you cannot talk even objectively about your basic foundational experiences without it being "venting", even if you're not actually venting. You just straight up have a huge chunk of your life you can't talk about, full stop, without it being trauma dumping.

And it not being socially acceptable to talk about your own childhood is super alienating. Sometimes people want to know why, and any answer you can give them is going to be off putting.

It's to the point I get irritated when something I said is framed as venting when I'm literally just talking about my life experiences, doing my best to keep emotion out of it.

My work is not allowed to be reposted anywhere. I don’t care if it’s translated or what. It’s my work and I decide what happens to it.

If I see my work reposted, stolen, or being sold, I will remove it instantly from everywhere. Gone forever. No one gets to see it anymore.

I’ve had my work stolen, it’s not fun. It’s not a compliment to how good it is. It’s awful and I’m still not over it.

If you want to print out my stories and bind them for your own personal use, then please show me your hard work, and enjoy your own personal copy. Do not sell it.

These stories are hard work, if they weren’t then why are people stealing fanfics and selling them? Write your own shit or get off the planet with that nonsense.

Fanfics are not meant to be sold. My works are original, yes, but fanfic is the backbone and catalyst of mine and many other’s writing career. Fanfics are not meant to be sold because they are fab works and the original creators can, have, and will use the law to their fullest. Then no one gets anything. Fandom as you know it will crash and burn. Fanfic and fanart are free for this very reason.

This isn’t funny of cute. There are serious and dubious repercussions. You’re hurting everyone.

We lost everything, my family and I did not have anything left. we left our homes in search of a safe place and we were displaced three times to different places to survive, but unfortunately there's no safe place in Gaza. my mother is very sick and she's a kidney failure patient in need of treatment outside. she suffers from LS.
