Hello, I am Emily. Counting calories has always been somthing that is why people quit diets they feel like of they ate "to much" the past few days theres no point. But the truth is to be healthy and to lose weight you just have to est healthier then you are now. You want a burger, do a turkey burger with a whole grain bun. You want that pint of ice cream but your gonna regret it, switch to halo icecream or a low calorie ice cream. Never think being healthy means dieting. Being healthy is about self control and picking the better option.

Hello,I am Emily. Today I wanted to talk about favorite foods that arnt good for you. Main stream diets make you go away from those foods and that makes it hard. You can always eat those foods well losing weight but moderation is key. Never forget tell yourself you deserve a treat once a day but never over do your treat. It can be a serving of candy or a slice of cake or that thing if fast food or fried food. It can be those chips that are high in fst. What ever your bsd food you love is doesn't hold you back from losing weight. Eating a little serving is the key to getting that satisfaction in yet staying healthy.

Hello, my name is Emily. This blog is going to be all about eating healthy, losing weight, working out, and ways to have a better and healthier life style. The goal is to educate people on the real side of dieting, working out, and health. Do these sound hard to do? Yes. But I'm going to talk about how it's easier then it seems. Im going to give y'all a little back ground on myself. I am Emily, I am 18 years old. I have always struggled with eating healthy and losing weight because I was always trying these main stream diets and work outs and I would lose weight then gain it back. But till I learned the truth from following what a doctor told me and I lost the weight easy and never gained it back. Those main stream diets are not sutainable at the end of the day. There's to many rules and things you can't eat because of the diet. Truth is you can still eat a slice of your favorite cake or bowl of ice cream every day. You can still have that fast food 2 times a week and lose weight. You can eat fried tacos and be healthy losing weight. And that's what I'm hear to talk about. I will be posting a daily blog post some times a quote some times a telling y'all somthing to educate you. On Tuesdays and Fridays I will be doing big blog post about alot of things and sutainable living and diet and exercise and basicly everything is page is about.
