Mutuals can I ask an odd request? Whatever I’m gonna ask anyways. Soooo I was offered a really good job. The office manager sourced my resume and asked me if I was potentially interested since they were trying to terminate and replace an employee. However, the office manager has since redacted the termination. The employee has one month to correct her behavior etc before she is terminated and new candidates are sought out.

What I’m ASKINGGG is prayer circle, manifest, cast spells or something. I’m genuinely asking y’all to help me get this job. Like I HATE to be that person but I hope she gets fired. I’m tired of throwing up everyday before work cause I’m so stressed out. And I’m tired of retail and customer service. I WANT a 9-5

#I’m about to lose my insurance and this job would be able to provide me with full coverage plus retirement and 401k #my current job is causing me actual mental issues that are harming me physically #I’m trying to leave retail and get an office job

The burnt out capitalistic hell hole I have become accustomed to since I was first obligated to work when I was 18 years old; and the pipeline to only wanting to be a housewife is terrifying

#cause being a housewife is not an idealistic escape from labor #in fact it is the unpaid labor and financial insecurity that is truly terrifying in forfeiting your career in a marriage #which is why we need to invest in communal living where we live in direct connection with our families #neighbors and friends

Sorry for emo posting but my job is causing me active extreme stress. Like I wake up in the middle of the night nauseated, I experience vertigo, and nightmares. And every day I’m having heart palpitations on the scale that parallels with the time I had to have blood work and an EKG. Like everyone knows on here I have C-PTSD and OCD. But I didn’t know being an assistant manager was going to trigger me this badly

#there’s also some other layers to this #like I was apart of a prior hr case cause I was being stalked and harassed by another store manager #and now said store manager is in my district and she’s started to instigate me again #and my district manager literally does not give a shit #ANDDD I have to work 8pm-9am for an overnight cleaning that she JUST told me about two days ago #and our LP guy engages in fraternization #this company is SCARY AND I WANT OUT #I’m trying to get an office job that’s just accounting or data entry #but no one will hire me cause I’ve had like 6 years of retail experience #I can’t do this anymore I would rather be pelted by rocks and beat in the street

My father just told me I have a victim mindset cause I said that it didn’t matter if you set a boundary with a man and told him to back off (or called security) he’s still going to harass you and stalk you. If someone especially a man of all things is bold enough to try it he’s bold enough to continue the harassment. So apparently I’m a victim for acknowledging male entitlement and ego. Cool
