For breakfast today I had two eggs, 2 turkey sausages, one piece of toast and some fruit.
For lunch I had sardines in olive oil with red onion and lime juice. I also had one and a half mini whole wheat pitas.
For dinner I had baked salmon, red potatoes, baby carrots and lots of lime juice for the fish!
One boiled egg and apple for a snack.

For breakfast I had two pieces of sprouted grain toast with avocado, spinach, red onion, tomato, eggs and of course sriracha and everything but the bagel seasoning! Lunch I had chicken and spinach salad with avocado, red onion, tomato, balsamic vinaigrette and a beautiful soft boiled egg. With a side of roasted cauliflower buffalo “wings”! Dinner I had the same salad from lunch! Snacks I had 2 boiled eggs with that bagel seasoning! Feels good to be back on track!

Update...
So it’s been a while, life happened, and I won’t make any excuses. For anyone who stuck around, I will be back tomorrow posting daily food diaries and pictures of delicious, healthy, and nutritious foods. I can’t change that I fell off. I didn’t lose but I didn’t gain. Let’s change that!
