Presenting: The Palettfest kit - featuring: leather, pallets and hanging grass gardens!

Palettfest, or pallet party in English, is a mix of the industrial theme, and the general vibes we get in the home decorator GP. I used textures from that pack to make it match a little more, tho the wood won’t cooperate on lower graphics settings. Meh. The bedding is taken from GP1 Outdoor Living, and the books are from Sims Medieval. ‘Wanted some nostalgia in my game lol

5€ for the Industrial Kit™ that doesn’t even match with most of the other furniture? Yea… no. So, I made something. This is somewhat of a Radiance part 2 thing, but also not. If that makes sense? Anyway you get 31 new buy-mode objects in this kit, merged as one file. All of them are BaseGameCompatible, have their proper LODs, maps and stuff. You know the drill by now. Let me know if you find any issues, I happily fix them.

Hey, I'm Zofia, and the other day I was looking at "famous" house plans. Mostly from TV shows and movies. I came across the one for Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City and realized I could actually make it work in A San Myshuno apartment. Now, the only thing really inspired by the show is the layout. I haven't watched the show so I can't really tell if I did Carrie any justice but I did try to make it ultra-modern, open, and NYC-like. How did I do? >>>Speed build

Hey, I'm Zofia, and I'm so excited about this house. It's big! It's got an extensive backyard! It's filled with light colors and blonde woods! I made it with the Ito household in mind but I forgot they are all about the dark aesthetic >< Honestly, I'm a tad embarrassed but it's okay because you can use it for any other family too. I'd like to think this open floor plan living has a good flow. The kids hang out is upstairs, a pantry with the washing machine in the kitchen, and a formal dining room up on a pedestal - jk, it's just a platform.

Hey I’m Zofia and I turned this 20x20 residential in Windenburg ruin into a live-in-studio for an artistic or artsy sim (or two). I didn’t realize till I started taking the screenshots how unfortunate and uneventful the outside of this house looks, but it ain’t all too bad. Especially since the inside turned out pretty great, IMO. This is a spacious loft with so many of the ruins poking through to the inside.

20x15 residential in Britchester for the Elderberry family. It’s a 3 story brownstone with a sneaky 4th story attic via a ladder. I’m madly in love with Harrie’s Brownstone windows and felt this was the perfect build to use them. I didn’t want to renovate EA’s build but felt this area of Britchester could use some much nicer brownstones then the current ones. What do you think?

40x30 residential in Willow Creek at the Cypress Terrace, for the Spencer-Kim-Lewis. It’s quite a large generational family home including an office, two living rooms, and an open concept kitchen. 

It has so many bedrooms including a guest suite on the ground floor. As for the family, the two grandparents each have their own room and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, of course, there is a proper master suite and two bedrooms for kiddos with their own playroom area. Did I also mention that it’s got a stylish and modern design that’s filled with light woods and so much natural light! It’s a big build with a lot of CC :D
