For those who may actually follow me, I'm on a tolerance break from my medical cannabis again. It's the third day of cold turkey. I can't do it gradually because I don't know yet when the surgery will be scheduled and how long the anesthesiologist will insist on. It depends on how deep they go. I've had to go the full three weeks that it takes to be completely clear of THC and other cannabinoids. I've also been told just 48 hours.

The third day seems to always be the most difficult. Physically, it's like being somewhere between very stoned and awal wucked uph. Mentally, it's like being somewhere between a little down and deeply depressed, depending... Euphoria has to be obtained by other means, like music or any other art, but no dangerous tools or toys.
