You know that intense feeling when you look into someones eyes for the first time, and they begin to stare deeply into your eyes as well, and you both begin to smile? You then slowly lean into eachother and that deep connection you started has now been electrified. Yeah well, I’ve had that feeling recently for the first time in years the other day.
Her name is Daniela. So here’s how it went down. My family and I hosted a party for Fourth of July at our condo. I was out on the balcony with friends when suddenly I see my dads friend bring a small group of girls. One in particular, I remember really well. She came in wearing a red dress that swayed so elegantly with every step she took. I stopped paying attention to my friends and just watched her walk-in for a moment. I couldn’t resist, I had to say hi to her. I approached her and immediately asked if she needed anything. I then introduced myself. I’m not going to lie, I have been drinking for some time by the point, so I kept telling myself to “Sober up. It’s game time and this girl deserves Bryce at his best.”
I remember she had these big beautiful bubbly eyes. I was in awe at her beauty. We began to talk and I could tell she was a kind and gentle person. I had to learn more. We talked about our aspirations and I remember getting pulled away from her to help one of my friends. I then turned back and BOOM, another friend of mine began to talk to her. FML. So I just kept hanging out with my other friends and waited for her time to free up again. Eventually, he got up and ended up leaving the party. I saw her in the kitchen by herself, so of course I went to her, offered her another drink, and then we kept chatting away. Every word she said, I begin to fall for her more and more.
Eventually, it was time to stop talking. Out of nowhere, drunk confident Bryce comes out and asks this girl to dance. It was just me and her in the kitchen, dancing. I’m twirling her around and I could feel the connection deepening. At some points we were basically doing the tango and I was inches away from her face, both of us smiling and laughing. That feeling - it was warm, authentic, and invigorating.
Fast forward 10 days, she’s been at the top of mine. Something I forgot mention earlier is that she lives 80 miles away. Now, for me that’s usually a hard no, but this girl has got me thinking differently. She’s a bit of a bad txster, but I got all the time in the world and I’m willing to drive out to her. This is wild y’all. I don’t think I’ve liked a girl this much in so long lol
