So when I came up with this poster, I originally thought of it as a sequel. At the end of the first film, humanity has finally found a planet of its own. I imagine that the next step would be for humanity to create a new civilization and establish itself among the other races out there. That said, the other races probably wouldn’t take too kindly to humanity coming back, not to mention infighting among humans. Rather than a grand space chase adventure in the first film, I liked the idea of the second one focusing on the rise of humanity and all the forces that want to see it fall. Make it a bit more intimate, possibly darker. In the background, you can see that humanity has risen with it’s large buildings, but everything is shadowed by the Titan, the new origin of humanity. Cale stands at the forefront, in the middle of it all. Humanity is behind him, but the threats come from everyone and everywhere. Those who stand behind humanity wear the new symbol with pride - Cale’s tattoo symbols. Well, at least that’s what I thought of when I made this. An guy can dream, right? :)
