I decided to polish it. Khal is @xyanmajor's character. I didn't have the strength to redraw the background in the end, so I just took my reference and blurred it. Credit : I used one of Beneos' Battlemaps picture scenes from Castle Ravenloft as a reference for the backgroud. They do wonderful 3D maps and have done the whole CoS ( and fan-favorite additions as well. ) maps ; you can have access to them for free. I won't post the picture here as I'm not sure if free-tiers have access to this one. Check their patreon please.

WIP.

I’m feeling low, so polishing this one will take a while as well. I still need to fix things and figure out the palette. I like dancing. Dancing is good. Mirroring scenes between Strahd and Vasili is fun to me, even if things go unnoticed by like 2/3 of the party.

Featuring : Les Arpenteurs, the PCs from the CoS campaign I try to dm : Khal (@xyanmajor's main PC), who has found a regeneration ring from Krezk's Abbey but as he regenerates real fast and it only makes him a very fast refillable tasty Caprisun so some NPCs always ask about him wearing the ring, Ireena who is not their fated ally but they decided to keep her as such, Ellkedrin our warforged who had a nervous breakdown in Argynvostholt when he discovered the coffin was used as a wine bottle shelf, Gobby who is a green sickly dog to every barovian, Neriel the elf wizard who told the party that dispel magic would work on polymorph but if they really didn't want to wait for her to prep the spell, they could knock the polymorphed child with a shovel to 0 HP and it would do the work ... and Rahadin who is just a mood honestly.

At some point, my player went to Castle Ravenloft to get some answers from the Lord (and eventually ended up becoming his warlock and gain trauma expertise while meeting otherwordly things in the Chapel. )

While spending the week there, he invited Strahd to play a game where one should manage to lie to the other or be deprived or one of their senses. While many people chose to make Strahd a lier, I decided to make him someone who will always tell the truth. During the game, he accepted with reluctance to lie for the sake of playing.

The first round was tough. This vampire knows how to play with the truth, but lying was ... something he didn't do in nearly 8 centuries.

He lost the first round and ended up blindfolded, but as a vampire, his keen senses helped him really well to know if the PC was lying or not.

Featuring : Khal, @xyanmajor's character before he dyed his hair in blue and tied them up in a sexy ponytail.

One day, I'll polish this sketch as well.

I couldn't sleep so I did what every sane person do in such cases. I made pancakes and doodled Vasili von Holtz hanging out at the party's camp. Now it's 9 am and I have too many pancakes.

My art range goes from being very awful to do vaguely correct illustrations. Tonight is the lazy sketchy range because I need an idea out of the brain since we played last week.

It's very messy, very sketchy, but I needed it out of my head. I couldn't draw the pose correctly, so I've used null entity's photo as references. We went to a weird tower in our TWBtW campaign, presumably Zybilna's tower and the heart of Prismeer. There was a bleeding celestial trapped in one of the rooms, so ofc Vae wanted to take its blood. My boy got tatooed after helping Wyll of Faerie and his sister to be reunited. My DM homebrewed something else with Wyll questline, and I found that what she crafted was really nice.

I wanted to draw my character with his new tatoo : a leaf on his biceps which kinda serves as a Death Ward against Skabatha in her lair if I understood correctly.

My next DnD Character, Pheno, who is, for once, not an elf nor a tiefling. He's not a warlock either even though I considered my Hexbuckler concept a lot for this campaign.

He's a young Rogue/Bard Satyr, and hopefully, for once, someone on the Good side of the alignment chart ! Oh, and he's got the tragic backstory with a dragon 🤫 But this is the kind of tragic backstory The odyssey of the dragonlords campaign proposed as a personal quest, and to get revenge on a dragon ? That's a nice quest to have.

I still have to write his background though. He likes to have ribbons in his hair, plays music, discover and taste new things and share gossips.

We went to Loomchurch and our party splitted because our chaotic members decided to get to Skabatha to gather informations, outside of the plan we had.

Vae's kobold friend died there. And he can't but feel like it's his fault somehow. Would he have insisted on his friend not going, it wouldn't have happened.

He spent the night awake, to talk to his friend remains, hoping a wild magic surge effect would lift off and the kobold's bones would somehow be moving again and the red scaly friend would be there again.

But nothing happened.

It was just him, his friend remains, and late promises made to someone who can not hear them anymore.

Somehow managed to draw Mrs Kolyana. My players travel with Ireena, despite her not being ther Fate Ally. So, for once, it's an immediate useful drawing. I tried to stick to a canon-friendly appearance. She's supposed to have a sun crest on the armor but I didn't manage to place it in a way that made sense.

Iree in my game is white, but I acknowledge people play with her as a PoC so I'm just publishing both.
