i think love is revolutionary because when done right, it allows for accountability, for growth, for healing, for laughter, for joy, for connection, for touch, for coming home. maybe it is foolish of me, even a little stupid to think of it as such but when done right, when honoured, when fulfilled, when prepared and boiled and served well, it truly does magic, it truly changes lives, it nourishes, it feeds, it gives hope, hope, so much of it.
“I was born as someone named Jung Hoseok, this is how my mom gave birth to me. I’ve been dancing since elementary school, I went for the audition, entered the label, and met these guys. Then our debut was confirmed. We got to perform, and get our first wins on music shows. We went on to receive the Grand Prize Awards, and even received music awards abroad. If you lay them all out, so many things have happened. They’ve become important people whom I can’t forget in my life.” - Hoseok in Break the Silence: The Movie (cr. qdeoks)
Can you show up like that time again? You know, like at the networking party. You erased the most miserable period of my life. That day, you were my trophy, my pride, my comfort, my wings… You were my dream. Show up like that time again. It’ll give me back my confidence and I’ll be myself again.
