I wanna brush my little ones hair and give them kisses on the forehead. I could help pick their outfits with them for wherever we would go. we could go on long car rides and the could sing their heart out to whatever music they felt like. they're so lovely and I'd give anything in the world to hug them for longer than last time.

Tips to help littles fall asleep

Counting Sheep - It does sound cliche to say this but it really can help!

Lullabies/Soft Music - you can listen to cute music box songs on youtube

Read a Story - if you are big enough, you can read a short story book to yourself or you can call your cg or close friend to have them read a story to you

Rocking - if you roll slightly from side to side, it can feel like someone is rocking you to sleep

Never raise your voice or yell at your little

Be aware of triggers or uncomfortable topics

If they are okay with having rules, make a rules list!

If your little is sexual or talks sexual while they are little, do not engage in that, they are still in a child like mindset

Ask your little what makes them go into small/little space

Ask your little if they are in little space at the time

Ask them their likes and dislikes
