John walked over to the bench where Dani stationed herself

“Sooooo…. What workouts do you normally do?” Dani licked her right canine but then remembered her mother’s warning. Taking a deep breath she responds “ the first thing I do is stretch for 15 minutes, then I work the bag for a half hour” Dani pauses from wrapping her hands to see if he was still paying attention, which he was to her surprise so she continued “ then I jump rope 4 sets of 50 then I spat with whoever I can find untill they tap out on me” John looked at her surprised “you don’t lift weights or squat or anything?” He asked “not today” she said flexing her hands. Dani looked at John still staring at her “what?” “Uhhh… I can help you stretch if you need a hand with it” he offered “nah I’m good my warmup don’t need two people, if you wanna help me when I spar you can” she said standing “ok cool. I’ll be at the bench press if you need me” he said walking backwards. Then proceeds to get caught on the mat and stumbles. Dumbass

Dani finished her warm up and took off her headphones and started her 5 minute rest before her 2nd stretch. John , who was watching her for the majority of her warm up, looked back at her, you know just to check, to see Dani squatting at her bag

Dani looked over to see if Paul Wall was in the middle of a set or not. Seeing that he wasn’t she took the opportunity to confirm the spar.

“Yo! Huh I’m done with my warmup and I’m about to stretch so if you still wanna help you might wanna join” she advised. He smiled “ ok cool but I might need some help though ‘cause I’m new to this” he said “you can stretch how you want as long as do it for ten minutes” she said starting off into a slow backflip

“Ten minutes starts now so hop to it” she said turning around on he hands “oh shit, sorry” he chuckles

After the ten minutes and some jokes from the peanut gallery (hunter, randy, masters and Adam) the sparring begins. “So what do we do? Do I just come at you?” John said nervously “yea we just fight untill someone gives up” she said doing ‘the goku jump’ “oh ok” he said putting his hands up”

“Watch this shit” says hunter on the side. John jumps at Dani dangerously close as she jabs with her right hand
