lol...ultimately i think overstressing about food is probably worse than making myself crazy disciplined about it...one step at a time right? in other words, im having some pancakes this morning. will still ask my dad about anti cancer pancakes. if my condition gets really rough again ill ask about that reddi whip. one step at a time

ive been trying to make a pledge see if i can make it as long as i can and that involves healthy eating you know? ive been going crazy these past 2 ish weeks mostly cause of the state i was brought in i think, my overall prognosis, and some long lingering spite (which i really dont think has went away) over what i can and cant eat--which also again is a bit complicated in itself. but of course now that im doing a bit better im ready to try a bit harder...sigh but it doesnt stop me from dreaming about pancakes hahaha. ill see if i can ask my dad to make cancer-healthy pancakes if its possible. his vegan chili sucked last night tho idk why i didnt like it.
