I finally got my mood stabilizers back

What had happened was, I ran out and threw the bottle away and couldn't remember the number so I couldn't call the pharmacy and I damn sure wasn't gonna call my doctor so I waited for it to sort itself out and 4 months later it did. 👌🏽

Before I was diagnosed, I used to think that I was just so tired that my brain just couldn't understand what people were saying.

I'm so glad I got my diagnosis, it's very comforting to understand what I'm doing and why its happening.

I came home before I did anything dumb for once. But I still feel bad.
