I can't recall seeing core 7 characters interacting so directly with the other ponies in other situations. can anyone think of other examples I may not have seen?

so i bought some I Can Read G3 books to share with the kiddos and I was reading through them and?? these stories help bridge the gap between pre- and post- core 7 switch?? there's a story in there about the unicorns coming to ponyville the first time and it includes spike, minty, scootaloo, cheerilee, pinkie, and rainbow dash, and the unicorns visiting from unicornia are rarity, brights brightly, whistle wishes, and most importantly, sweetie belle!

sweetie belle and rarity are shown playing in the snow together, which helps show them both as younger unicorns. it also makes me realize it would be feasible for them to have been sisters in G3 too! down to the cutie mark similarities.

I always wondered how Sweetie Belle and Starsong came to Ponyville, and these books offered unexpected insight. Came for the phonics, stayed for the lore! Hooray all around!

The redesigns of Shining Armor and Chrysalis and arewrite of Wedding in Canterlot, where Shining Armor and Princess Cadence switch places! I figured it would make way more sense for Chrysalis to try to make Cadence love her because she's kinda a goddess of love, also toxic yuri is real Way more sibling angst with Twilight Sparkle and Shining Armor, her thinking she needs to fight or even kill her brother which results in very tragic and sad scenes. Twilight believes him only when he sings his version of B.B.B.F.F, also Cadence is very tired for the whole time and bonds with Twilight over her brother's weird behaviour.
