“one matcha latte for you,” he slides a cup over to you, the steam still rising from the mouth of the cup, “and an iced americano for me.”

“thank you,” you pick up the cup to take a sip only to reel back.

“oh, i hate when things are too hot,” you say, the tip of your tongue still stinging from your eager sip. you bring the cup back to your lips to blow on the steam.

“.. well, i guess you’re an exception jaemin.” you smile against your cup as you watch a look of surprise form on jaemin’s face, maybe a bit of a pink flush across his cheeks?

“are you blushing?”

“no! it’s- the ac isn’t.. i‘m not, i’m serious!”

chenle quietly closes the door to his house after walking you to your car, smiling as he walks upstairs to his room. 

on the way up, chenle can’t help but smell your perfume around. which is weird, because the both of you had only been in his living room watching movies.

it isn’t until he gets to his room does he realize that after cuddling you for so long, your perfume had rubbed off on his shirt. 

chenle flops onto his bed and smiles, pulling his shirt up to his face too smell it a little bit more before it fades away.

Witchboy!Chenle popped his head up from behind the shelf of potions you were looking at, making you let out a little cry in surprise. You had walked tentatively into his family’s shop, a small building tucked away in the corner of downtown. He had noticed you enter but remained hidden, curious as to what you would look at.

 “What are you interested in?” He hummed, slipping past the shelf to stand beside you and see what had caught your eye. Throughout this part of the shop, bottles of potions, stones, amulets, trinkets, smudge sticks, and pickled parts were placed gently on rows and rows of shelves. It looked a bit like a library… if a library collected salamanders and stones instead of books.
