this is my absolutely favorite series of all time and just the fact that i’m reading this for the third time but still tearing up at certain scenes says a lot about the writing. full of emotions, perfectly portraying the insecurities, fears, feelings, every little detail and the depth of each character in this story.

the fact that it awakens something in me, as if it activates my mother instincts and i feel every pain the “reader” goes through while worrying about not being a good mother for gyuri. it hurt me even more finding out in one of the scenarios that gyuri doesn’t want to lose her mom because they’re not blood related and it makes my heart ache every time i read that.

it’s just so beautifully written, each main character is so understanding and open-minded, emotionally mature and what i loved the most about this little family is the way the parents openly but slowly encourage gyuri to voice out her feelings, to say what bothers her and how she is feeling to resolve any bad atmosphere in the household and i love it so much cause the child receives so much love and is growing up in such a loving and healthy family as she deserves.

fictional or not, this story is so dear to me and i hope this can stay on tumblr forever for me to come back to this every time i feel like reading it <3
