Aaaah, I have the same theory!!!

Willie is way more connected to death than everyone else, he wa the only lemur to interact with the ghosts at the end of Exiled, aside from Julien and Maurice, who were more directly involved. And appearing at the trial as well.

Willie is an eldritch God of death. Do not cross him.

MADAGASCAR THEORIES 11 - WILLIE'S CONNECTION WITH DEATH

That won't be really a theory - but I name as one anyway, - instead of it, my crazy brainstorming about Willie and death. Or an idea for an alternate universe...

So, how did he get to Frank-rila in the For Whom The Bell Gods Toll episode, if he didn't die? We saw other characters there before, who aren't dead, just lost between life and death, for example, Clover, but I don't think it's the case here. What if Willie exist in both living land and Frank-rila, what if he can walk through the borders between the two places? Or the craziest thought I've ever had, but what if....Willie is some kind of Grim Reaper, the embodiment or omen of death, he just doesn't now about it? Okay, that's utter madness, but he is obsessed with death too much in contrast to other lemurs (he can have way too many reasons for it, btw). And this explains that at the end of Exiled, why saw him appear with the other ghost who congrats Julien, but when they disappeared, he remains here. Also, why would Piney call him to the trial of Julien - when they mostly talked about how many deaths Julien caused - if Willie doesn't have some connection with death?

I don't believe in this whole thing, but it would be so interesting! Willie as the Grim Reaper, such a cool idea...And since multiverse exists in the franchise, somewhere it's true for sure...
