What if an Artist Bean overheard Borrowers wanting to try "snow angels" but it's too cold outside,
And thus the artist lays several plates of non toxic paints next to a large canvas,
With a note, a bowl of water and a hand made clothing rack with tiny clips
Feel free to go wild, just, use old clothes and don't forget to wash yourself
As they come back to their workshop, they found the canvas covered with "paint angels" as well as hand and foot prints, making it like little angels in the snow.
My mood and mental health hadn't been at the best lately, and getting a tendinitis from crocheting really didn't help as I cannot do crafty stuff anymore to help with my antsiness(is that a word?)
I thought I could maybe try to go back on drawing but I keep repeating myself I don't know how to draw, I just scribble and I'm not inspired.
Until I got this video on my YouTube recommendations

At first I was a little confused about the title, not sure if I was reading right, but then, after watching it, I thought, heh, why not.
It's not like I'm a famous artist with great expectations awaiting for me.
So starting now (and until my ASD brain finds another thing to focus on), I'll try to find random things to scribble. Maybe some little challenge won't hurt.
here's two shots I made since seeing the video:
(I forgot to take the picture of the glass I used as a model for the first one.
I wished we could go back to liking things without worrying about the politics and problematic stuff surrounding it. It feels like you're automatically expected to drop something you love like a hot potato the very moment something about it becomes remotely problematic or you're scum. That is hard for some of us to do. Maybe I'm alone, but I just want to be able to enjoy things again without worrying that I'll be hated tomorrow for liking something out of the blue... the state fandoms are in at the moment is becoming depressing.
Modern fandom culture really showed me how much people can't learn to simply dislike something without making it problematic to justify their dislike.
There's a character they don't like? They need to make up stuff about how the character is secretly evil and that fans who like them are delusional.
There's a ship they don't like? Make up things about the ship being problematic and call people evil for shipping it.
There's a show or game they don't like? They scramble to look for the most problematic things about it and attack/mock fans who like it.
There's a creator they don't like? Let's bring up bad stuff they did years ago regardless of whether they changed their views to make them look like monsters or accuse them of doing bad stuff without any proof just because they find them annoying.
It's okay to simply dislike something. Not everything needs to be problematic for you to like it. Stop trying to make up shit just you can sound morally superior.
