I restricted to 1000 cals for a month and then ate whatever I wanted for a week, now this week starting Wednesday (because of circumstances) I will restrict to 700 for 5 days

I have 2 weeks until my high school graduation and I just tried on my fancy pants and they fit and are a little lose, not tight at all!!!!!
I just bought dress shoes and they come in 2 days I hope they fit ( they are kids size, I have small ass feet)
Now all that’s left is a button down
I’m getting excited to graduate tho!!

Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

* you can substitute ofc but this is what i used
Measurements
• 2 oz of cream cheese
• whole pack of crab
• 6 square of the wraps
Steps
• Cut your crab strips in half and roll them out
• Next you peel like if it was cheese ( idk how else to explain it)
• Mix both crab and cream cheese and put in the microwave for 1:30 min
• Mix it all up and section it into 6 small portions
• Put one section on each wrap and secure
• Put in an air fryer for 5 min at 350 degrees

So I received the compression top from tomboyx and I really like it, it felt weird at first but I really like it, it compresses a good amount I would say but I don’t have a large chest but I really enjoy it, it’s comfortable and easy to move, I kinda forgot that I was wearing it lol

I looked to see if I ate 1250 every day how long it would take to lose 10 pounds, 6 months like idk but if that’s normal but damnn idk I’m just going to try an focus on eating meals and good one and not so much snacking

Yesterday I ate so good
I had coffee, and then I had tuna with 2 wasas crackers and a piece of bread, and for dinner I had a salmon burger with burger bread and a whole corn on the cob and some asparagus and then I had a whole mango with a banana
I don’t think I passed 1000 but the way I feel so good today

I decided to weigh myself after eating and it said I was 126( I also had clothes on)
Idk like I wish I didn’t care about a number I just want to eat healthy and not binge nor restrict and it’s so annoying
