⚠️ Eternals spoilers!!! ⚠️
So Ikarus. The guy who shoots lasers out of his eyes and can fly. A guy people created (prophetic) myths about.
I found his ending very interesting because when he realized he'd lost, flew into the sun. I didn't get it when I first watched it but after some late-night thinking... To put it simply, he flew too close to the sun: metaphorically -- he k*lled (and attempted to k*ll) his friends and family in favour of a Celestial -- and literally (yeeting himself into the sun). Just like his myth stated.

Autistic and/or ADHD Logan headcanon :)
Logan doesn't realize he's autistic/ADHD; he figures that the reason he has sensory issues is because Logic isn't supposed to be contained to a physical form, therefore his body has troubles with external issues (such as lights or fabrics). He figures that his problem communicating and being unable to read social cues is because Logic isn't emotional (a complete and utter lie, he just doesn't know how to regulate emotions so he represses). He figures that he's designed only to do his job, which comes with the unfortunate side effect of his physical form being influenced by Thomas' perceivence of the world.

Can we talk about Thomas' outfit in the anniversary video for a sec?
Tumblr media
Because the first thing I thought when I saw it was WAIT I have seen that orangey jacket before
Tumblr media
It was in LNTAO with this lovely blue (*cough* Logan's color *cough*) shirt. Ya know, the episode where Logan had his little uncharacteristic outburst and threw a paper ball at puppet Roman?
And where the lighting behind him up the stairs has a suspiciously orange cast to it?
Tumblr media
Yep. There's also a glimpse of a very similar jacket (in addition to some other orange items) in WTIT in Thomas' room when one of Remus' contraptions is set in motion, right before Nico appears and Logan goes all orange-eyes at Remus.
Tumblr media
And then it appears again in the anniversary video, where we get yet another teaser of the orange side in the end card. Seems like the jacket is a subtle little nod to the orange side if you ask me.
ALSO
Thomas' shirt in the anniversary video is reminiscent of the flower/skull shirt he wore in CLBG:
Tumblr media
Possibly the skull motif in the anniversary special shirt is a hint that there is another unknown, possibly dangerous, side (aka orange) on the horizon? This would be in line with Thomas also wearing a shirt with a skull on in it in CLBG, when Janus was introduced.
The colors on the anniversary shirt also make me think that it’s meant to represent all the sides introduced so far, since it includes all their colors (red for Roman, blue for Logan and Patton, purple for Virgil, yellow for Janus, and green for Remus) but notably no orange. These sides have all been acknowledged and accepted (more or less) by Thomas and he recognizes them as an essential part of himself and his decision-making process, which corresponds with them being represented by the shirt, an item of clothing which (despite what Remus would claim) is an essential part of Thomas’ outfit.
And if the shirt represents the known sides, the jacket represents the orange side. The jacket is a part of Thomas' outfit, but it's not as essential or as important as his shirt, and it is separated from Thomas himself by a degree by his shirt, which aligns with how the orange side is currently situated; he is still a part of Thomas, but he is unknown and unaccepted, so while he still has a presence and shows up indirectly on occasion, he stands apart from both the others and Thomas.
Anywho, I think we've seen that Thomas' clothes do tend to hold some meaning (think the space shirt in the Logan-centric WTIT and the shifting floral/skull design in CLBG) and I don't think any item of clothing has ever been worn twice like the orangey jacket has, so maybe this is overanalyzing something insignificant but maybe it's not?
TL;DR: Thomas' jacket represents the orange side and shows up in connection with him several times, while Thomas' shirt represents all the other sides and his acceptance of them.

Logan's room might be in the season finale!!
Here's why:
Going by statistics, it's likely that Logan's room will be presented in the the last two episodes of the season*. Furthermore, with Orange being more than implied, it would be a perfect opportunity to introduce him formally. Also, with it being the season finale, it would be a wonderful time to have another room seen.
*Of course, the stats are based on only two occurences.

In the very first episode with Anxiety in it, he was sitting on the stairs. Meaning he was physically below the everyone else. It could be a metaphor for how Anxiety is looked down upon -- both in the first half of the show and actual anxiety that viewers experience.
During the entirety of Taking on Anxiety, Anxiety is sitting or generally lower than everybody else. He just sits there while Lilly and Thomas berate him.
It's true, he put himself there. But, as we find out later, it was on purpose. He made the others look down on him, made them despise him, to fear him, so he would be listened to.
Now, this can absolutely be attributed to just the placement of the character (dramatic entrance and all that), but he could've just as easily leaned on the wall or the banister while continuing to hold that intimidation factor.
After the acceptance (during and before, too, but more notably after), it's almost like he's on a pedestal. You can see, whenever he looks at Logan (the person closest to him), he has to look down a bit.

Adding onto the tags, I also believe Virgil may play a significant part in Logan's arc. One reason, in particular, comes in during the song "Incomplete" from Learning New Things About Ourselves.
In response to Logan's insecurity, Virgil sings "no one wants to be a joke—", but is interrupted, and genuinely surprised at the others' interruption.
This leads me to think Virgil was going to say something to comfort Logan, to support him emotionally. However, he was interrupted, and the song continued.

Because Remus is allergic to soap, we can only assume Roman is allergic to dirt.
Imagine the angst possibilities with both.
The first time taking a bath, Remus breaks out in hives. His chest swells up and he can't breathe. Virgil hears the commotion and thinks he's dying, calling for Janus. It takes another bath or a washing of hands for them to realize it's the soap. So Janus runs through supervised (by Virgil) tests to see which chemicals in the soap Remus is allergic to. The three spend a day or two making homemade soap for Remus to use (not that he bathes often, anyways). The first time he has dinner in the Light Sides, after he and Janus were acknowledged and accepted by Thomas, he doesn't think and washes his hands. His hands and arms break out in hives. He sits on the floor of the bathroom or the hallway, and endures the itching. He scratches until the wounds break open. Virgil is the one to retrieve him, and apply first aid to his arms and hands. The two return and Janus realizes too late, seeing Remus' arms. The Lights are obviously confused, but when explained, they decide to switch the soap out (save for things like Roman's skin care stuff).
The Light Sides don't put it together until Roman reacts a few times, after being exposed to mud or dirt. Dust, mold, dirt, mud, etc, all set off a varying level of severe reactions. After he express allergies to these, the three of them make sure the commons are in tip top shape, and that any mess made is thoroughly cleaned immediately. This proves especially difficult with Remus moving into the Light Side commons. He tracks dirt everywhere, unaware of Roman's allergy. A few hours later, Roman is sneezing and hacking his guts out. Figuratively. He confines himself to his room while the others clean up the mess, save for Patton who makes a remedy to help with the coughing. Roman takes to wearing white gloves while out in the commons when Remus is out, and Remus wears bootcovers or doesn't wear shoes at all; due to their conflicting allergies.
Unfortunately, this means that neither can go into each others' rooms, due to the constant cleanliness of Roman's and the mess of Remus'.

Autistic!Logan where Logan and Virgil bond over their shared traits :) !!
I mean the traits that often overlap between heightened anxiety and autism (anxiety, stims, sensory issues, etc).
Maybe after particularly stressful days, Logan retreats to his room and writes. He just,, keeps writing until he mentally tires himself out. Often times, this will cause his wrists to ache. He'll write anything; he'll write down his favourite words, he'll write script material, he'll journal, etc, just to feel the pen against paper.
Maybe Virgil goes to Logan's room, to ask him about something and see Logan writing, non-responsive to his name. His hand is writing at incredible speeds, not taking a break between pages as he mumbles incoherently to himself.
And maybe Virgil places his fidget cube on the paper, so Logan would notice it's presence.
Or Virgil wearing sunglasses one day and Roman makes a silly comment about it. Roman and Patton, being them, are too loud and Logan notices.
Maybe he takes them aside and talks to them about their volume, or takes Virgil to a quieter room (a soundproof/comfort room in the mindscape??) and just sits with him (or doesn't, if his breathing is too loud for Virgil).
I just,, Virgil and Logan talking about their experiences and sharing their tactics to help each other.

Side appreciation weeks!!
Logan Sanders Appreciation Week (#loganappreciationweek)
Dates: TBD
Prompts: TBD
Other appreciations: Patton, Roman, Virgil, Remus, Janus
FAQ:
When is more information coming out?
Soon, I hope! I'm currently brainstorming prompts and will be releasing information ASAP. I don't want the dates of the other characters to be too close together, while not interfering with the ship appreciation weeks, as to give everyone a time to rest. The last thing I want is for anyone to burn out.
Who can join?
Anyone! Artists, cosplayers, writers, editors, playlist makers, etc!
Is this run like the ship appreciation weeks?
I hope to do something similar. While not exact, I will be reblogging the entries. Admittedly, I came across this idea due to a friend of mine mentioning that there should be a side appreciation week like the ship weeks. So credit of the idea goes to the ship week admins and my friend.
What is the official hashtag?
Please tag your works with #loganappreciationweek (please make sure you spell it correctly).
What should I do to get my work noticed and reblogged?
Tagging me and using the hashtag will work. At the very least, do one or the other, but both is preferable.
Will there be appreciation weeks for the other sides (+Remy and Emile)?
Yes! I am currently planning appreciation weeks for the six sides; I may do Remy, Emile, and other shorts (maybe even c!Thomas!) if I enjoy doing this. For now, however, I believe the six are enough.
Any more questions can be asked via the inbox or DMS!

Dear fanders
I haven't seen anyone point this out so hopefully i'm the first one!!
Remember the little note we saw from Nico? The one with his phone number?
Tumblr media
I thought uh, Thomas does put a big ammount of effort on detail, maybe those numbers mean something!
I couldn't find anything for 555, didn't thought i would anyways but 2429 did bring something interesting.
Tumblr media
Just saying, we all know the impact of color orange in this episode.
Nico's little orange carrot and Logan's orange eyes, Nico not answering was a BIG reason as to why Logan lashed out, funny his number, you know the one Thomas texted and didn't get a reply that led to orange Logan, has that hex color.

I concede; I wrote that while I was emotional with no fact checking. Thank you for the correction!!
Guys,, Virgil's never seen Logan's big smile. He doesn't know Logan used to smile like so big, because he was scorned everytime he showed up. The smiles he's gotten from Logan (I'm p sure Logan smiles at him the most) has been small. Any other smile has been proud or a smirk.
As far as Virgil is aware, Logan has always smiled small, genuine smiles.

Wait, I haven’t noticed that Virgil probably went by another name? What was the evidence? Was it just like- Janus and Remus mocking his name, or something more..?
Ok it might have been a bit of an hyperbole to say there is "strong evidence" hahah
But there have been at least three very very tense moments regarding this:
Both Roman and Logan got halfway through saying "paranoia" only to be hastly cut off and looking at Virgil very pointely.
And Janus implied on court that Virgil was still lying about something, now this one might very well be the "I used to be a dark side"
But even then, what changed? You don't think Virgil just decided one day "omg yeah I can just go there and become good like what's stopping me :D go for it king!"
They didn't like virgil before, but they never regarded him with the title "dark side", which Roman was all too happy to spill as soon as he could(could be because it was very early on the series.... But also no, because also very early on the series Roman said "You are not like the others")
I do believe they are leaving hints to incorporate Virgil's "old identity" into this, what I mean is, SOMETHING changed that allowed Virgil a CHANCE to join the table, he might not have been something like "the heart!" But he became something useful
Something akin to deceit trying to call himself "selfcare" now days
I think Virgil changed his function, or something made him change, and now something it's affecting Logan.
I must say I'm not betting it all here, it might be a case of another side affecting Logan, and it seems very likely to me it is that.
But I have been wrong so many times LOL so if Virgil can change for good, maybe Logan it's changing too, however whats holding me off this is that first: I love Logan as he is (tho rage could be a secondary aspect of himself) and two, I think with the flowers and the rainbown theory and all that there is an open space for one more side here

I feel like Logan's character arc should be about him accepting that he has feelings. Cause I don't know about you, but when I try to bottle up a lot of emotions I'll explode at some point and I feel like that's maybe what happened? Thoughts?
If I talk about my feelings about Logan I will Not be able to control my emotions so to keep it short:
- I need to make it clear rn I am incredibly biased to any theories that says Logan isn't Orange/evil/feral/whatever. I think Logan gets his fair share of being ignored/getting hurt just like the rest of the sides and, to me. that doesn't justify him going feral or whatever to make a point.
- I'm just really not a fan of it because Logan has this superiority complex that is,,, very present throughout the series. His view of his contribution to conversations are more Valuable most likely causes him more upset that the average side. But that problem is rooted within himself, and not anyone else. While Thomas plays a part is that because he gets to choose whether to ignore Logan or not, it's ultimately Logan who both believes his word is Law (he seems to be working through that though. He's improving but he still has a hard time, as Logic, understanding that he isn't always right) while also keep all his emotions bottled up. That is a dangerous combination.
- I think his outburst from Wtit could potentially set him up in the future to talk about his feelings. I don't really want him to go in a direction of "oh I'm snapping at everyone because I deserve to yell at the others and i deserve to be listened to bc im right or whatever" but rather one where this outburst is a learning experience for him!! He's exploded and has learned that he's angry with Thomas!! That's great that's good and I hope that sets him up to acknowledge he has feelings (even if they are angry feelings lol). And I hope that's where his arc is going. Less villain Logan that's "justified" in going feral, more Logan-gets-a-support-system-that-is-his-friends
