The world has been screaming for SIX months. There is no back pedaling.

I am American. Once my eyes were forced open and I was faced with what is and has been actually happening in Gaza, I’ve gone through every emotion imaginable. From shock and horror, to despair, shame, guilt , rage and hatred. Over and over. I’ve gone through stages of grief ten times over and back again. I’ve prayed. I’ve begged. I’ve cried. I’ve screamed. I’ve pleaded. I’ve tried to bargain with others and make deals with God. Desperation and hopelessness has become part of every day.

I’ve seen exactly who and what my government is. There is no coming back from this. Liars. The worst of the worst.

They betrayed humanity. They betrayed us all. Take it to God, because I have nothing for you.

Better believe I know exactly which side of the line every single person I know has been standing. You don’t get to change it up now.

I will continue to pray for justice and every act of God I can think of.

Where a person has knowingly chosen to be throughout this genocide … you go ahead and stay exactly where you’ve been this whole time. The time of choosing what side of humanity you’ll be on , has come and gone.

Thank God forgiveness isn’t mine to give, because I couldn’t do it.

At this point I feel like the only thing left to do is to pray with my whole heart that God changes the hearts of the people responsible for facilitating and committing these atrocities. Because clearly nothing whatsoever is working ; and no one that’s actually capable of putting it to an end seems to have the courage to actually step up and do it. Six months. This has been happening in front of the eyes of the world for almost six months. I feel like all that is left aside from the despair and rage is the hand of God. 🥺
