The stained glass window was the only illumination in the temple during this time. The gentle visage of a goddess softly casting warm light upon the stone floor and the lone cleaner lady finishing up her work.

The cleaner lady wiped her brow and stepped back to inspect her finished work. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of familiarity as she gazed upon the goddess's serene face.

Pearl tightened her grip on her cleaning supplies.

Pearl brushed her hands against the petals of one of the sunflowers. Curious things, suddenly springing up in the land. She didn't notice how they followed her instead of the sun.

A rocket rested in her hand, many more in her pockets. Her elytra newly fixed and ready for a long journey to a new world.

A postwoman stood in the sun, admiring her finished home. Ideas sprung into her head, possibilities for mechanical workings and architectural wonders. But what to power them with?

The bright sun reflected onto the glass dome of a building yet to be lovingly housed. The river cheerfully babbled behind her, sweeping along her little waterwheel.

Pearl smiled.

"Solarpunk sounds good."

i know its (somewhat) canonical that ed is bad at drawing. however. headcanon that all alchemists are good at art

look if you want to form A Thing you gotta know how The Thing looks like and how to form it. you can't read through the part where ed and al transmute sculptures of horses (a pegasus in eds case), look me in the eye and say theyre not kickass at art

(look, that in it of itself is a feat. have you tried to draw a horse??? have you tried to sculpt a horse???? damn right)

al likes drawing animals, ed also likes drawing animals but specifically fantastical ones like pegasi, dragons, gargoyles, stuff like that. roy usually draws flowers. izumi draws people and does a lot of anatomy practices. hohenheim similarly draws people but mainly focuses on faces. he has a notebook filled with the faces of the xerxians in his head

(shamelessly plugging my ballroom dance hcs because i like them)

roy mainly knows nightclub dances and some standard. riza makes him practice more standard and smooth for government balls and galas and whatnot. he is absolutely kills it at west coast swing though

riza is very good at standard and by extension smooth. shes also just a very good follow who can follow just about any dance as long as she knows the basics. shes a very good lead for standard

the resembool trio are more familiar with the latin and nightclub dances, as well as some smooth. they mightve tried three person tango in the past with predictable results. after al gets his body back, he starts to learn more standard and nightclub because he likes the contact involved

does anyone have any fma/fmab character hcs they’d like to share. i need some ideas…
