what does yr username mean?

It's a reference to an album by my favorite band, Don't Feed The Pop Monster by BROODS! I always loved the title and the concept behind it, and since my work has a lot of influence from pop culture and music I thought it would be fitting for me to be the Pop Monster hahaha

The "I'm" at the beginning was because the username without it was already taken somewhere and I had to improvise lmao

But I have a question, are you only gonna do the characters that actually got dolls or are you also gonna do characters that didn't, like Gory Fangtell, Pharaoh, Johnny Spirit, etc.?

Yeah, so my original premise for the project was just based on the dolls, that's why I haven't drawn Draculaura and Cleo as part of the Roller Maze line even though they have designs in the movie, for example.

I might make an exception and add some of these characters down the line, but for now I'm gonna stick to my planned lineup because I need an end point just for the sake of my own sanity hahaha

I love your art style with the monster high dolls. It's so rare to see body diversity art with a realistic art style in a way that I can see myself and people I know in these characters in a way that you just can't with a lot of other art styles
