undead gang undead gang, uhh erebus and terror are the obvious choice. as to who would employ necromancy to further her plans there's a lot of options, but only 2 real answers:

fdg and doy. fdg to further her plans for the Ironblood, DoY to please herself - undead servants to do the menial tasks, nothing that fancy, but stuff that would alleviate the work her entourage have to do

as to who littorio invites to her private beachside parties in her private estates that may or may not involve nudity and other things like that: powerful women. she's always tried to invite bismarck and fdg, but they always refuse, they have "more important issues to attend to". the KGV sisters (ALL of them, even Howe, sometimes all of them all once) have been seen at her private estate, and sometimes neither DoY nor Littorio could be seen for hours while the other women where enjoying themselves in the beach with all the fancy snacks and drinks Littorio can afford. some Eagle Union gals, like Washington or Enty, although Littorio doesn't enjoy Enty's presence - she's too oblivious to her flirting efforts.

the Zara-class is a staple, they're always at her estate - they even have a whole building/house dedicated for them. her sisters visit Littorio's estate at least once a month, Veneto and her discuss matters of the State while drinking wine that costs more than 5k€ a bottle, Impero always sleeps in her cushioned sofas and Roma loves sparring with the ancient swords Littorio owns as part of her private collection.

hmmm. Not many characters in the setting that qualify for me, I guess. I like Arc Royal's design, but the lolicon meme has gotten even more out of hand than the Scamcat one, so even I tend to handle her with thick gloves in my mind. Also Yamacha mentioned above, she definitely counts as pretty pathetic but I love her dearly.
