Sebastian shrugged, then nodded. “I suppose it was what I has expected of you, I mean, not acting on anything that was that you were feeling because you felt bad about cheating on Kurt.” He crossed his arms. “I’m sure you squashed all those feelings down when you slept with that random guy while Kurt was in New York too. Nicely done.” He sighed and shook his head. “You don’t owe me anything, Blaine, so you don’t need to talk down on yourself like that. Just don’t… slutshame me for living my life. and not putting everything in hold until you were able to see… what has always been in front of you. Me.” He swallowed hard, trying his best to consider what he was about to say. “That’s all I’ve ever wanted. For you to fucking pick me for a change. How pathetic is that?”

Blaine flinched at the jab about him cheating on Kurt, he was in a dark place when that all went down and he still hated himself for that. He wrapped his arms around himself to keep it together “When I told Kurt...he thought it was you..I wanted to find you Sebastian but I also didn’t want you to be that guy--I didn’t want that for you” he whispered before he rubbed his eye for a moment as a tear fell “I’m sorry for saying what I did, I was hurt and lashed out” he said lamely, more tears falling as he looked back to the taller male as he took a shaky breath “That’s not pathetic...” he said as he stepped a little closer “I’m picking you Sebastian...I just hope it’s not too late”

Sebastian looked up from his book and saw Blaine standing in front of him, arms crossed and his two thick brows knitted together tight. "I'm afraid you'll need to be more specific about what you're asking there, Killer." He put his book down. “Also, think carefully about what you’ll be saying next.”

Sebastian looked right into his eyes while Blaine talked, then chuckled. “You are so adorable, Blaine Anderson, but you’re also so fucking blind.” This time, he cradled his face completely, almost as if he wanted to make sure he had his full attention. “I’ve wanted only you since the day we met. You were the one who picked another, and friendzoned me back then, or have you forgotten that?” He sighed. “I would’ve given anything to be your one and only, because I wanted you to be my one and only.” He let go of his face and shrugged. “Was I simply supposed to wait around for you to snap out of it? I am who I am, and I won’t be making excuses for that, or feel bad because I didn’t live up to your expectations, Blaine.”

Blaine bit his lip as the other spoke and once his face was cradled, he waited to hear him speak but when he did. Blaine felt the upset radiating through the other. His heart stopped because he saw the pain before him, Blaine didn’t speak as Sebastian called him out for how he was in high school, but he had hoped they had moved on. Shaking his head before he spoke “I haven’t forgotten at all because all I remember when Kurt and I started dating, and then you and I met--all I wanted was you” he admitted “But I was with Kurt...I felt horrible for thinking of someone else when I was already with him, I tried to squash my feelings but everything with you is so natural..” Blaine twiddled with his fingers a little, looking down feeling tears coming “I don’t expect anything Sebastian, I don’t deserve it after hurting you...but I--I want to be yours”

Sebastian loved to watch the usually perfect put together Blaine Anderson having a fit, but when he asked that question at the end, he knew it wasn’t something you joke about, or something you could dismiss that easily. He frowned a bit, then reached up and held his chin between his fingertips. “What exactly makes you think such a thing wouldn’t matter to me?”

Blaine never felt so fragile before now, he was usually put together and able to let anything roll off of his back. But Sebastian had this power over him and he felt so out of control, nothing bad but when he saw the other happily with others. He felt fragile. Like he wasn’t enough. Feeling the others fingertips hold his chin up, he met those green eyes he was entranced constantly by “Because you made it clear it was just friends with benefits..so what I say won’t change that” he mumbled, knowing he was ruining their agreement.

Sebastian chuckled. “I can’t really be blamed for how utterly pleased they feel when they leave, now can I?” he said with a snicker, then grinned when the other looked away when confronted with the obvious question. “Yes, I did” he started saying, then stepped even closer to him, so close in fact, he was now looking down at him, green esmerald eyes looking right into honey eyes. “But it seems to me that you’re not so happy about initial agreement now. Don’t tell me that you’re falling in love with me.”

Sighing as Sebastian had his usual coy commentary that Blaine had gotten used to, he liked it but sometimes when it reared it’s head like this it sometimes put him on edge. “Well they could be quieter when they leave” he grumbled. When the other moved closer, he felt like his heart was in his throat, he couldn’t breath before he looked down “No I’m--” he took a breath “I...” shaking his head and looking back up at Sebastian “Does it even matter?”

Sebastian remained seated while Blaine went on saying what had apparently been in his mind for a while, then after he felt the other was done he stood up and crossed his arms himself. “Should I be concerned about the fact that you’re keeping tabs on me now, Anderson?” he said, the hint of a soft chuckle in his voice, then he stepped closer to the other, and gave him a curious look. “Does this angry statement of yours mean that you’re jealous, Blaine?” His voice was soft but wicked, with all the tones of triumph behind it.

Looking up as Sebastian stood, not towering over him but still taller. He looked right into his eyes as he retorted back, raising a brow before rolling his eyes “A bit hard not too when I can hear them leave, they’re not quiet” he mumbled. Frowning before looking away from Sebastian “Not at all” Blaine rushed out before he looked back to him “You made it clear that what we’re doing is just friends with benefits, nothing more”
