Tips my animation teacher gave me:

. Cultivate obsession (if you really like a media or thing. Draw the FUCK out of it, get lost in that sauce)

. If everything sucks literally just ignore it, go watch a movie until obsession reclaims you, you will have improved somehow

. THE CIRCLES. PONDER THE ORBS (no actually, almost all organic movement is part of a circle, take note of this, you must replicate it)

. Keep a sketchbook, small and discrete, draw the poses people make, it must not be pretty, it should only capture the flow and essentials of a pose, each sketch will likely only take 5-10 seconds

Obviously there’s more to it but so far following this has been really good for my art in general,
