As Inspector exits the dredging room the sounds of the Smelter's suffering echo again, before being hushed and Inspectpr is again greeted by the Smelter as he passes by.

"It seems P-03's put you on break again, hope you have fun!" The smelter says to its co-worker, while forcing its innards to stay quiet. Inspector says a brief thank you and farewell to the Smelter, before whizzing his way back to the inspecting room.

"Now... that, that is over and done with. I shall resemble my legs and attach them now. Please do not break anything. P-03 might not take kindly to me letting rogue bots around."

"P-03 wouldn't do that to a challenger, I do not think." Inspector shifts uncomfortably while hovering where he is. "I think they used to work here too. Before my creation? I do not recall..."

And with that he heads on, to the dredging room, the Dredger seems to still be pulling up resources, which in turn it didn't say a greeting to the Inspector.

Not minding that and saying his own monotone hello to it however, the Inspector went into a closed off storage area, and grabbed a box, before heading back out of the storage room with it entirely.

....Would, you happen to know what's wrong with the melter?? They...Uh. I think you understand what I mean-

"Ah, the Smelter, it is two consciousness. Organic lifeform and metal. P-03 thought it, optimal, for production..."

The Inspector's monotonous voice falls flat at the end, and he seems to recoil when thinking about it, before continuing on, down to the depths of the factory.

the bug bots remind me of turrets from Portal! is this intentional or just coincidental?

(OOC: I didn't intend it I just thought them up randomly once as a joke, and decided when creating the idea of this blog to reuse them for the askblog for the anons, the resemblances are coincidental ehxhsjnx/lh/nm)

As Inspector enters the room, the sounds of agonizing cries of help ring through once the Smelter sees him.

The Smelter, hushing itself, saying a friendly hello to its co-worker as Inspector passes on by, who in turn says a quiet hello before taking his chance to escape interaction.

And it doesn't seem like the building has, went on lockdown for any amount of time... Ah wh-..." He goes silent for a bit, before going back to speaking.

"P-03 has given me permission to leave my post while this, situation with the conveyor occurs." With that, he disappears for a temporary amount of time. I wonder what he's doing?

"If something happens to P-03, well..." he pauses for a moment in thought. "I-, I think a lockdown would occur until P-03's A.I. is put back into a clone of it's physical body, P-03 mans the factory until the next scrybe of Technology does afterall."

Mi amor how do you make sure you don’t rust? Aren’t you near like… the ocean?

"P-03 has an area made where we can clean ourselves free of any rust the scanner finds, and Dredger moreso has it worse than I do really. While I am not near water, they are, they pull up materials for the bots from the ocean. I just, inspect the finished products."
