Land-banking is a buy-and-hold technique that, when done correctly and with due diligence, is also relatively low-risk. Organiika, an organic farm run by the Invest Islands Foundation, is a vital project in the mission of promoting a sustainable lifestyle. Creating a healthy and organic food source for the locals can help to support local communities and increase health quality. Educating farmers on new, safer agricultural methods can protect the planet while also enabling knowledge to spread to other remote locations across the island and country.

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new offices in Perth, Australia. Located in central Fremantle inside the iconic Fremantle Markets that date back to 1897, our 53sqm offices will be managed by Yvette Slijderink, our Western Australian General Manager and Australian Ambassador Saudari Lombok Brand Women-Led Initiatives. Operating on Friday through Sunday Mornings, the office space will double up as a retail unit on weekends and will hold promotional events some evenings. Fremantle Markets’ focus is very much on family and the environment. We will complement the offerings of organic vegetables, sand candles, and boots made of recycled lorry canvas with original Lombok products sculpted by the Saudari women from reprocessed plastic waste. We look forward to welcoming our first visitors.

When you approach construction in a sustainable way, it’s possible to preserve the lush vegetation and leave the surrounding environment unharmed. By using natural materials such as bamboo and innovative solutions such as constructing luxury tents that blend into nature, the incredible Indonesian scenery is respected, and responsible real estate development becomes its perfect complement.
