kind of a bummer that when people use paypal instead of card to buy stuff from me, i can lose a few dollars on the sale from paypal fees on top of the gumroad fees that are already for all sales (I would have ~$80 more dollars in my bank account this month if it weren't for paypal fees!)

but if paypal is disabled, I take a huge hit in sales (i know bc gumroad disabled it on my products for 2 weeks from a stupid moderation policy they have)

all that being said, if you can use your card directly instead of paypal, artists will love you 🙏

i understand it takes a minute or 2 more to find your card information vs having it saved in paypal but if enough people do it, it can make a big difference in our income!

(vice versa if you want to cost a corporation more money on your sale, use paypal instead of directly using your card :-) )
