Goodnight, Little One🧸
Look at you, you’re struggling to keep your eyes open. It’s okay to be sleepy, darling. You need your rest to grow big and strong! C’mere, take mommy’s hand. We’re going to go get ready for bed, okay?
First we’ll wash your face and brush your teeth. Yes, you can bring your stuffie along! They need healthy teeth too, baby.
And then, I’ll help you change into the comfiest jammies you have! It’s important to dress warm if it’s cold, but not so warm that you’ll be up all night tossing and turning.
Once that’s over, it’s time to lay down and turn the lights off. But don’t worry, I’ll leave the nightlight on to scare the monsters away~ Do you have your stuffie, baby? All tucked in and ready to sleep?
What would you prefer tonight, a lullaby or a story to help you fall asleep? I’ll even do both if you’re still awake by the end of one.
Tomorrow will be another day of fun we can share, but you have to get a good nights rest to be ready to take on the day! Goodnight, sleepyhead. Sleep well.

🍼Bedtime Routine🍼
🌙 First things first, turn off your electronics so you can get sleepy. (But if you need to listen to things like soft music and asmr to sleep, only use them for that!)
🌙 Do some light stretching/easy nighttime yoga that’s kiddo friendly
🌙 Be sure to have something warm to drink! Warm milk, warm tea, or warm water is fine! No caffeine, darling.
🌙 Now it’s time for you and your stuffie friends to get clean and cozy! Maybe take a warm bubble bath or shower while your stuffie sits on the dry sink to watch over you and make sure you’re having fun and washing up. Your bath toy friends hope to join you, too!!! They want to play in the bubbles~
🌙 Take your time. Don’t rush your routine, baby. When bath time is over, it’s time to get nice and dry. Put on your favorite lotion so your skin feels it’s best! Follow with your most favorite pjs. Get comfy!
🌙 Make sure you aren’t hungry. You should never sleep when your tummy is rumbling. Get a small snack! But nothing sugary before bed, we don’t want you up all night. Maybe some yogurt, or crackers..even a little toast or fruit is okay. Be careful preparing this snack though! Let your cg or stuffie supervise you!
🌙 Once your snack is alll done, it’s time to brush your teeth! You can sing a little song in your head and dance around to pass the time~
🌙 Go potty, make your bed, and then say Goodnight to all your stuffies! Don’t let any of them feel left out, now. Give some of them Goodnight hugs and kisses!
🌙 You’re all ready for bed, baby!! Good job!! I’m so proud of you. Now close your eyes, and start counting as many sheep as you can...until...you fall ... into dreamworld...
