My dad, who is not even 80 yet so old but not really elderly per se, cant handle any of his bills and nonsense but also wont hand over everything so we can take care of it so now something as simple as updating his credit card on file with the cell phone company is a huge pain in my ass because I have to do it while not being him so I have to jump through hoops to get anyone to talk to me about the account
