RWBY Design Critique - Outfit Tier

Another one of these indeed-

This is all just my opinion and I tried not to be bias in critiquing fairly in just how much an outfit represents a characters personality, designative color, environment, style, and logic. If you don’t see a character’s outfit on the chart it’s probably because I got little to no opinions on the look.

I also had this be in chronological order which means it’s obvious that the Malachite twins are tied for #1 best outfit and that Cinder’s Atlas outfit is #1 dog sh-

Ruby Rose Fanmade Designs 2.0

I am taking a long time with redesigning all four girls at the same time, so I'm gonna post one at a time.

This is also a comparison between my old designs from 2021 to show how much I've improved with designing characters.

I took inspiration from her Volume 4 design, because I like the style. I tried to stick with her main color scheme being red and black with a little bit of white/beige.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Daughter of the Moon

i absolutely keep forgetting my tumblr account exists!! bringing back yule with some art and some lore.

yule's clan has descended to serve and worship the moon goddess, dedicated to protecting the moonstone, a powerful stone stored in the mountains used to balance light and darkness in the world.

after the dark wars and disappearances of the deities, the stone was passed down to the family to keep it safe. yule is the current keeper of this stone and has made it her job to protect it from a dark force wishing to take the stone.

HIGH GUARDIAN REDESIGNS (Part 1 of 4)

//this is gonna be a short series of redesigning and rewriting the four main characters of high guardian spice.//

starting with the main protagonist: rosemary.

REDESIGN now my only complaints about her design is that her hair and dress are a bit too... poofy. i think her hair is TRYING to be pigtails but its too big and poofy and looks like it puts too much weight on her head. don't get me wrong, i don't have an issue with female active fighting characters wearing dresses and skirt, but rose's dress seems a bit too wide and puffy. which definitely can be uncomfortable, especially for a warrior in training.

so i shorten her hair and puts two small bows so it actually looks like something is tying the tails together. i gave her a smaller skirt with shorts that'll at least be more comfortable. since she's practicing swordsman work, i gave her a little bit of armor. its a basic warrior-in-training design but at least it'll be better for her to wear when in combat.

REWRITE rosemary is an enthusiastic young girl who lives in a small village with her childhood best friend, sage. growing up, her family described her to have a strong imagination and being very energetic, but she can be a tad bit clumsy and get into trouble. one time, she climbed a tree to see inside a bird's nest, but ended up falling and resulted in a sprained ankle and chipped her front left tooth. her leg healed quickly, but the gap in her teeth still remains as she got older.

she always looked up to her mother, lavender, who had disappeared after being sent on a dangerous mission and never returned. she was later presumed deceased after finding her sword alone in a forest. rosemary then decides to enroll into high guardian academy and become a guardian. to explore and search thr world to find out what happened to her mother.
