Here’s a very slight update to Great Auros’ design. I basically just made him shinier and edited the anatomy of his ears. Do you like him as much as i do? I will be updating his bio as well. Hope you enjoy!

Native to the Coral Highlands, The Great Auros serves as the alpha male of Auros packs. His word is absolute; his subjects follow all his needs. This is why the Great Auros is so fat. He prefers to use his very loud voice to command the lessers from across the highlands as they scour their surrounding area for fresh meat. Most of the findings go to the king, naturally…

Expect the Emperor Thief Wyvern to use his golden voice in combat with hunters. While the emperor is pysically strong himself, he will very often command his team to attack for him. His team is among the most coordinated of all the pack monsters. They strike hard the instant the alpha commands it. Should that not work, the Great Auros will get loud. VERY loud. The force of his roar is so powerful, it can physically damage you. Earplugs help, but the force can still hurt you if you’re too close. Be smart about managing your distance…

Commissions are back open....sorta!

I know I’ve been absent for quite some time. I haven’t had much time to do much other than work. Its been a VERY busy and difficult past few months. HOWEVER, I am happy to announce that I will be opening my commissions again!

However, I should admit that, because of my lack of free time, I will only have so much time to work on art. Therefore, I will only be able to work on one commission at a time. It will be a “first come, first served” basis. Anyone who asks for a commission while I’m busy with another can be put on a wait list to be the next one served, should they choose to. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

That being said, I’m more than happy to get back into doing what I love. Good to see you all again!

So is anyone else as excited as I am to see a pack monster who fights in a coordinated fashion?? Great Izuchi is everything I was missing in a pack monster!

Pretty sure I mentioned this some couple years ago, but I thought Great Girros was a good start, with its howling attack commands. Glad to see they've expanded at least a little bit! 👍

So do you Tetranadon has a similar niche to an actual platypus? A crustacean eater who has specialized sensory pits or what kind of niche it has?

I think its inspiration is two fold: a platypus, of course, but I'm pretty sure it also takes inspiration from the Japanese yokai, kappa. Note the dish-like shape on its head, and its green coloration. It also lurkes in freshwater, much like the kappa does.

Finally uploading, eh Jabbah? And its an armor set, no less!

Do you remember Tarakadi? The Temnoceran I drew for @rpbattleman? Well, this is the armor you get from it. We went with a ‘barbarian’ style with a touch of robot in there (because the bugs are always modeled after robots, I guess).

Drawing armor is a challenge for me, but I really do enjoy it. Do you still like it? I want to draw stuff like this more often. Stay tuned!
