you cannot immediately go from self hatred to self love. if you begin from a place of self hatred and try to love yourself, you will eventually crash. you need to start from where it feels right. really look at yourself, study how exactly you feel about yourself, and work on the root of your self loathing. you will eventually get to a place of self love, but first comes self acceptance.
