long time no see!
soooo when I said I was taking a break from this blog and would be back “in a few days”, turned out I meant “nearly a year” 😬
there’s been an awful lot of change going on in my life and I’ve had a pretty bad relapse of my depression and anxiety over the past couple of months, so I thought it might be a good idea for me to restart this gratitude journal while I’m trying to get myself back into a better headspace
I’m back in CBT and exploring options for medication as well, just trying to cover all bases in terms of what might help my recovery, so here I am again and hopefully this will help me refocus! ☀️
