Story:

James looked at Kyan, holding the small box gently. His emotions were all over the place, and he had to think hard about keeping his strength under control. He tried to speak, tried to ask the one question he had been wanting to this whole night. His voice stopped short.

No air escaped as he watched Kyan's eyes move to the box. The thin, silver ring lay gently inside, glistening in the dim lights of the small house. Kyan's eyes quickly shot to James's. James couldn't tell what Kyan was thinking at all. No emotion flowed through his face. No twitch of a smile, no narrowing of the eyes.

James could feel the tug at the back of his head; "I shouldn't have done this," a voice said. "I've done fucked this-"

"Yes."

James eyes widened. Now emotions were starting to cross Kyan's face. He smiled and looked at his champagne. "Yes."

James heart fluttered, any and all doubts in his head melting away.

Kyan looked back and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. Well, more of a nudge with his muzzle, but James knew what that meant. One word flew threw his head as they continued their evening, filling his whole heart with happiness.

"Yes."

As most of you who keep up with my characters backstory, I had decided long ago that Kyan and James were a married couple. And after seeing an abysmal version of a wedding photo I had drawn years ago, I knew that I needed to fix it. So here is a new version of said wedding photo. Hope you all enjoy!

So here he is, my new character Tanso, a shape-shifting alien who is Okara's husband. Although he is able to create weapons from his body, he is actually a doctor with knowledge on several alien physiologies. He is a quiet, simple man, and the survivor of a galactic war.

I came up with this design from a mix of the T-1000 from Terminator and Clayface from Batman.
