My daughter’s best friend Jayni visited our clinic for multiple carious teeth. And it was diagnosed as a case of congenital defect of enamel (outermost layer of teeth). - enamel hypoplasia. All the permanent teeth are affected with defective structure of enamel.

 As she was 10 years old, her permanent teeth were still playing hide-and-seek, not fully emerged, while some milk teeth present.

So it was planned to treat the permanent teeth with composite filling material for time being to restore esthetics & function.  As time unfolded and every permanent tooth took its rightful place, we crafted a plan to bestow upon Jayni a radiant transformation with porcelain veneers (an ultra-thin shell of tooth-colored porcelain that is cemented over the surface of teeth).

 All the permanent teeth repaired with composite in 2017 to preserve remaining enamel structure. The patient was kept under follow up from 2017 to 2023 to check for any new defect occurring.

After 7 years of follow up.

In 2023, after complete eruption of all her permanent teeth, Very long smile design story case come to an end we veneered all her front teeth with porcelain veneer and all first molars with full coverage zirconia crowns.

The making of a smile with E-max veneers.

Indirect ceramic veneers have been one the most successful treatment procedures in our practice. This was for a young college going boy worries about his smile due to gaps in upper front teeth. He cannot smile confidently, visited our clinic seeking some solution.

He wanted the treatment only for upper teeth.

After examining intraorally & extra orally and took some photos, took opinion of our orthodontist if it can be done by braces or aligner. But then seeing to the time constraints we found that Porcelain veneers for upper front 6 teeth from canine to canine are best solution for his problem.

This case involved a comprehensive dental treatment aimed at enhancing the overall appearance of the patient's smile. By opting for this holistic approach, we could exercise complete control over the color, shape, size, and proportions of each tooth.

We made mock up model and gave test drive for his new smile. After patient’s satisfaction & checking for the functionality, we moved forward for the E-Max LiDiSi ceramic veneers.

After bonding of veneers, now he feels more confident about his personality.
